Otto Kerner, Sr. (1884-1952) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.[1]

Kerner received a recess appointment from President Franklin D. Roosevelt on November 21, 1938 to a seat created by 52 Stat. 584. On January 5, 1939 he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 1st, and received commission on February 9th. He served until his death on December 13, 1952.[1]
