Frank Le Blond Kloeb (1890-1976) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 18, 1937 to replace George Philip Hahn. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 22nd, and received commission on August 20th. From 1959 to 1960, he was the chief judge. On September 30, 1964, he assumed senior status. He continued to serve in this capacity until his death on March 11, 1976.[1] Kloeb was succeeded in this position by Don Young.
