Heartsill Ragon (1885-1940) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on May 12, 1933 to replace Frank Youmans. He was confirmed by the Senate that same day, and received commission on May 17th. He served on this court until his death on September 15, 1940. Ragon was succeeded in this position by John Elvis Miller.
