Secure File Transfer Keeping Your Data in Safe Hands
Student test results are private data, owned by the LEA. We have no access to these data except through you. Pursuant to our SDPA (Student Data Privacy Agreement) with you, we require that you use our secure, integrated upload portal to transfer those data files.
Your Data
Your district-level MMARS™ account with us will include access to our secure upload utilities, through your login. With written authorization, we can create additional accounts for district personnel with equivalent data permission. Your upload tools are available from the MMARS™ Menu (click the [Menu] icon in the upper-left corner of Ready Reports). The links on the opposing page are for the upload of your properly formatted data files. Upload Test Results: For student scores on various state and interim assessments. Upload Rosters: For your class rosters, so we can create student lists for teachers, by classroom.

Upload Account Info: To create MMARS™ accounts for your administrators AND teachers. Upload Logos: To provide “branding” information for your district and schools, within MMARS™, and for printing on Individual Student Profile reports.
