IXL Real Time Diagnostic Data Acquisition Instructions
Step 1
Go to www.ixl.com/signin Enter your IXL credentials and click ‘sign in’ in the center of the page.

Step 2
Click ‘Diagnostic Levels’ along the top bar of the homepage.
Step 3 Once on the “Diagnostic Levels” tab, click on the icon directly to the right of “Diagnostic Levels”.
Step 4 After clicking the button from the last step, the “Export diagnostic levels” window will pop into view. Click the “Export” button next to each Diagnostic Window, being sure not to exclude any grades. In this example’s case, grades 3, 4 & 5 are in an export separate from 6, 7 & 8, so I must be sure to export both diagnostic windows to get all grades (3 – 8). Your case may be different.
Step 5 After clicking “Export” next to a given diagnostic window, a new tab will open showing you the progress of the downloading file. The file will download in the manner typical for your browser.
Step 6 Do not open, unzip, rename, or change the format of your files. Simply leave the file as-is. Once downloaded from the publisher, upload the file you created to us via MMARS’ integrated, validated upload utility. Click here for a video tutorial
