ELPAC Data Acquisition Instructions
Step 1
Go to www.elpac.org

Step 2
Click on the blue [TOMS] button (Test Operations Management System). Login, using your private LEA Coordinator credentials (the data are available only to the LEA coordinator).
Step 3
Click on ‘Reports’ in the top (blue) menu bar.
Step 4
Click on ‘LEA Reports’ in the lower (grey) menu bar. Select from the Available Reports: ’Summative ELPAC Student Score Data File’.
Step 5 Begin typing your District/School name to locate it in the ‘Organization’ box. Please be sure to choose ‘By Tested LEA’ in the ‘Report Type’ drop-down box that is located under the Organization box. We are unable to use files that do not contain the tested students. In the ‘Administration Year’ drop-down, select the year, then press the [Request New Report] button.
Step 6 Click on ‘Requested Reports’ in the lower (grey) menu bar. Within seconds (or minutes), the information for both requested reports should be visible. When the Status reads “Available”, the [Download] button will turn a darker shade of blue. You may have to refresh your browser screen. For each of your downloaded files: Click the [Download] button next to the file description.
Step 6 This will download the file to your computer in the manner typical for your browser. Depending on your configured browser download behavior, the .zip file may be automatically saved to your computer (e.g. downloads folder), or it may prompt you to browse for a save location. On Mac OS: The .zip file may appear as a folder at first glance, as the “.zip” extension can be hidden. Simply add a “.zip” to your file name to avoid confusion.

Step 7 Once downloaded from the publisher, upload the untouched, unopened, well-named .ZIP file to us via MMARS’ integrated, validated upload utility. Click here for a video tutorial
