Choose QUICK START if you want to get started without setting up an account
Login with an account to be able to save different configurations and create project folders
Click NEW USER to create an account
If you forgot your password click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
Welcome to the New Order Configurator
You are now in the ROOM mode
In the ROOM mode you can add both 1. Predefined combinations 2. Your own created configurations
Let’s start with predefined combinations
Start by selecting COMBINATIONS or TROLLEYS
Click on a combination to add it to the room
Now the configuration is added to the ROOM
You can now move around with your configuration with these commands
You can also use the preset views
If you click on the combination the action wheel will be shown
Click on the center arrows to move the configuration in different directions
Click on the
+
button to duplicate the configuration
Click on the twisting arrows to rotate the configuration
Click the wrench tool to enter configure mode where you can add parts or change colours etc.
Click X to delete the configuration from the room
Click SAVE AS to save your room
Add a name and folder name to save
Click OPEN to open your saved room
Here you can open by entering any ID number
Find your own saved rooms
Click PICTURE to save a screenshot of the configuration of the room
Click ITEM LIST to get a list with item numbers and prices for the specific room with all configurations. In CONFIGURE YOUR OWN MODE you can get an item list of a specific configuration.
In the ITEM LIST you can see the elements, item numbers, prices and dimensions
Here you see the configuration ID and the shareable link
Here you can see the today’s date
Click SEND ORDER to send an order to our New Order sales team
Click PRINT to print your item list
Click PDF to convert the item list into a PDF you can share
Click DWG to export the configurations of the room as DWG files
Click NEW to create a new empty room
Now, let’s build your own configuration
Enter the configuration builder mode by clicking CONFIGURE YOUR OWN
You can choose 4 main categories in the menu
ACCESSORIES, add extra accessories to your basket
WALLS, add walls to your shelf or table. The walls can also be used for wall safety brackets
TABLES, build tables and additions
SHELVING SYSTEM, build with shelves, trays and additions
Let’s start with SHELVING SYSTEM
Start by opening the SHELVES & TRAYS tab in the drop down menu
Select the part you want to start building with
Hover over the yellow highlight to choose from different sizes and click the green area to build
Continue to build the configuration in height or sideways. The yellow highlight guides you where you can build
You can build with single or double height profiles
If a part is dimmed it is not possible to be added to the configuration at the moment
You can mix shelves and trays guided by the yellow highlights
If you want to delete a part you have built, click on it so it gets a red marking...
If you want to delete a whole column you can double click on the to remove the red marked area
... then click REMOVE to delete the part
Now let’s add a door
When you select a part the yellow highlight appears and indicates where it can be mounted
If you add a doors or drawers with lock the configuration will turn yellow until you have added lock number from the LOCK GROUP
You will find the lock numbers in the LOCK GROUP drop down menu. You are able to select individual or same lock numbers
The green marking shows where you can apply the lock number
Let’s add a drawer
When you build in a certain height or with drawers you need to add floor or wall safety brackets The configuration will turn yellow, when safety brackets should be added
You find safety brackets in SAFETY BRACKETS drop down menu
To choose the wall safety brackets you need to add a wall from the WALLS category
Hover and click to add the wall
Wall safety brackets will always be placed on the top layer to get the best stability and safety
Now it is also possible to choose the wall safety brackets
If the play icon is displayed on the part, you test the function by clicking the button

Change colour and material on the shelving system by clicking the COLOURS drop down menu
Click DIMENSIONS to see dimensions By clicking again you can make them invisible
Click CLEAR if you want to delete the whole configuration
Click EXIT MODFIY to add your configuration to your ROOM
The TABLES category
You can choose between different table heights and sizes
Note that the high tables 110 CM have to be connected to a shelf or a wall
After selecting a table model you can add different additions as cable management, screens and trays
You can add different cable management, table screens or top tray divider
Change colour and material on the table from the COLOURS drop down menu
Click EXIT MODFIY to add your configuration to your ROOM
The ACCESSORIES category
You can add accessories as extra items from this category to your basket
Your basket is on the right. The items in your basket will be added to the item list. Some accessories are also mandatory and calculated automatically with your configuration
Click EXIT MODFIY to go back to the ROOM mode to have the full overview
In the ROOM mode you can see the selected predefined combinations and your own created configurations together
