Reflecting on 2023: A Year of Achievements for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) In the realm of Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), 2023 was marked by significant accomplishments and collaborative efforts that set the stage for future successes. Here are the key highlights:

The collaborative spirit extended beyond our team to include seamless interactions with other departments, particularly the Sales & Content team. The energy and passion brought to work every day fostered closer connections, exemplified by our fruitful collaboration with the Amazon team. This synergy is a model for establishing dynamic partnerships with all retailers and key accounts.

Maintaining Positions in Challenging Circumstances: Despite facing multiple challenges, including an overall market decline, the bankruptcy of Bed Bath and Beyond (a historical home for our brand), lost listings with Target, and the need for aggressive pricing strategies with Walmart, we successfully maintained our positions with Rowenta in the Garment Care category.

Success Stories of the Year: Notable successes include our growth in handheld steamers, driven by Pure Pop on Amazon and DR71 in Target & Walmart, elevating us to the #2 position in the category. Additionally, our online growth in Beverage & Breakfast, propelled by a robust recovery plan in grinders, has been a highlight of the year.

Looking Ahead to 2024: A Year of Breaking Barriers and Achieving Success Together In 2024, Small Domestic Appliances is poised to break the glass ceiling, unlock online potential, and revel in collective successes. Here's a glimpse of the goals and aspirations for the upcoming year:

Rowenta's Objectives: Categories Development:

Continue expanding the steam generators category with a comprehensive product roadmap and an engaging communication plan. Test and learn in the stick vacs category, aiming to secure our fair share and plan for product offer extensions. Double turnover in Handheld Steamers through a robust online growth strategy, including the launch of Pure Force and strengthening in-store business with Target & Walmart.

Distribution Strategy:

Collaborate closely with Williams Sonoma to establish a new Premium Home for the brand. Launch the Direct-to-Consumer website in the second half of 2024. Intensify online business efforts to target an omni-channel strategy, starting with Clubs.

Krups' Clear Objectives: Dominate the coffee grinders and kettles markets with new product offerings in the pipeline. Bring innovation to coffee/espresso makers to leverage brand potential and trade consumers up.

Emphasizing Speed to Market and Innovation: Collaborative efforts with teams, both local and global, including our colleagues from SUPOR, underscore the commitment to enhancing speed to market. The focus on bringing more innovations to the SDA business is not just a goal; it's an exciting reality that promises to redefine our approach to T-fal Electrical cooking.

Groupe SEB Holds a Capital Markets Day On December 14th, Groupe SEB organized a Capital Markets Day in Paris for the financial community. Thierry de La Tour d’Artaise, Chairman of the Board, opened the event, accompanied by Stanislas de Gramont, Chief Executive Officer, who presented the strength of Groupe SEB’s growth model as well as its strategic vision for its two primary business activities, Consumer and Professional. Also, several members of the Executive Committee participated in the event:

• Cyril Buxtorf, Senior Executive Vice President, Products & Innovation, addressed the

Group’s innovation strategy;

• Vincent Tai, Executive Vice President SEB Asia, traced its continued expansion in China and

its long-term development prospects;

• Martin Zouhar, Executive Vice President SEB Professional Coffee, recalled the

fundamentals of the Professional Coffee market, its performance, and growth potential; • Olivier Casanova, Senior Executive Vice President, Finance, presented and put into perspective the financial performance of the Groupe. Factory Sale, big Success!

A message from Dan Tylor… “I wanted to give everyone an update from the factory sale this past weekend. We were able to smash the record for sales with over $1.4M in sales! We accommodated the highest amount of traffic since we have been keeping records for the sale and nearly hit $1M in sales on the first day! In addition to the sales, we were able to raise $22,521 for Make a Wish! We couldn’t have done it unless we all worked as a team, The Salaried and Hourly people at the sale, the Salaried and Hourly people at the factory who kept running allowing us to have the sale and the help from our friends in New Jersey. We all came together to achieve a special result and I thank you all for allowing me to be a part of it with you. This is my last day for the year and I will return next year but I wanted to make sure I also wished you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!”
