New Sales Leadership

THE PIPELINE TO SUCCESS

Derek Kirkpatrick has been promoted to Vice President of Sales - Wholesale and will oversee the plumbing wholesale side of the business and lead the customer care and sales teams for North America

In this leadership role, Derek will be responsible for guiding the internal sales team, as well as external manufacturers’ representatives, to further develop and execute the wholesale strategy for the Gerber brand

Derek joined the company in 2012 as a Regional Business Development Manager and in 2014 was promoted to Director of Sales for Gerber’s Canadian market Since joining the company Derek has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and a proven track record of improving product mix and profitability

Previously, Derek worked at Caroma as the North American General Manager/ President, where he developed sales and marketing strategies to create sustainable growth
