Titan top storIES PIZZA WITH THE PRESIDENT IS BACK! This year a new CCBC tradition continues with the first installments of Pizza with the President. Interim President Dr. Roger Davis is seen here serving free pizza to students in the Titan Café on September 10, 2018. The events serve as an opportunity for students to get face-to-face interactions with our president, as well as connecting with each other over food. There are two remaining opportunities – Wednesday 10/10 at 12 PM in the Aviation Science Center, and Monday 11/12 at 12:30 PM in the Health Science Center Lobby.

CCBC’S HOSTS GUESTS FROM COLUMBIA! A delegation of nearly a dozen business and community leaders from Bucaramanga, Colombia visited CCBC’s campus on Friday, September 21st. Visiting as part of an international engagement program with the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for Latin American Studies, the guests heard from John Goberish, our Dean of Workforce Development and Continuing Education, as well as representatives from Shell and the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce, as they sought to learn about both the impact of the Shell petrochemical plant, as well as how CCBC has positioned itself as both an innovator in education, and as a partner in collaboration with business to provide the workforce that is needed for developing industries in the region.

Policy on Nondiscrimination Community College of Beaver County does not discriminate in admission or employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, veteran’s status, age, or national origin.
