We trust that you, our loyal learners, have remained healthy throughout some of the most challenging months for our community and country. We are extremely grateful for your commitment to our lifelong learning classes. To ensure the health and wellbeing of our students, staff, and instructors, we have implemented the following safety guidelines.

• All students and instructors must utilize a mask or face covering

upon entry and while in the building (this should be provided by the individual). If you do not have a face mask, one will be given to you.

• The number of students per class will be reduced to assure safe distancing. Space is limited; register early.

• Tables and chairs in every classroom will be properly spaced to ensure social distancing. • Hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies will be provided in every classroom. • Each building will have a designated entrance and a separate exit along with markings for traffic flow patterns and reminders to stay six feet apart.

HEALTH & WELLNESS LIVE, IN PERSON CLASSES CBD (Cannabidiol) – Get the Facts!

CPR: Heart Saver AED

Certified/licensed professional will answer frequently asked questions about CBD. Learn the history, what it is, how to find a reputable brand, and how it can help. Gather your own research to make an informed decision for yourself or your loved one. Class taught by Lisa Hickman and held at the Health Cove, 3645 Brodhead Rd., Monaca. This all-inclusive class uses AHA guidelines for adults, children, and infants including the use of an automated external defibrillator, to teach CPR. Skills demonstration results in a two-year completion card.
