Submission Deadline Dates

• Student Aid Report (SAR) or Corrected SAR -- February 1 (Tuskegee University must be listed to receive your SAR electronically)
• Selective Service Acknowledgment Letter -- February 1
• *Verification Worksheet -- February 1
• *Federal Income Tax Transcript and W-2 (no photocopies accepted) -- February 1
• *Statement of Untaxed Income & Benefits -- February 1 (Social Security, TANF--formerly AFDC, ADC, etc)
• William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Subsidized, Unsubsidized, PLUS) -- February 1

Verification of citizenship or eligible non-citizenship, divorce/separation, default status, social security number conflicts – any documents required to determine eligibility for financial aid.

*You must complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid by accessing studentaid.gov.  The results you receive after completing the FAFSA is called a Student Aid Report (SAR).

IF YOUR FILE IS NOT COMPLETE BY FEBRUARY 1st, you need to be prepared to make your initial payments for Fall Registration WITHOUT Financial Aid Funds.

ALL FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS MUST BE MET REGARDLESS OF FINANCIAL AID EXPECTED.

Financial Aid Workshops are held to assist students in maximizing their eligibility by providing information.

*Priority means you will be offered all aid that you are eligible for based on award packaging parameters approved for the academic year.
