Well, not much has happened this week - I took a couple of days off from running, mostly because I'm getting a cold and feeling a little more wiped out than usual. I have discovered recently that I am not a fan of distance running…like at all. The end of c25k was super hard for me to mentally push through. I get bored. My mind wanders all over the place. Seriously there are a LOT of voices in my head when I run and none of them are very good cheerleaders. Pretty negative whiners really (and they are fat and lazy).
