- [Instructor] We've done a lot of things in this course, and you could kind of sum it up as what we've done is we've just organized lots of lines and shapes and points in the frame so that they're arranged in a way that we find enjoyable or comforting. And so we've taken great care to make sure that lines are intersecting with other lines in particular ways, or intersecting with the edge of the frame in particular ways, or defining shapes in particular ways. There are times when you just can't get a line to point in the direction that you would like. So here's a very simple architectural shot of this little building and as I'm standing here looking at the building, I think of it as something that juts straight up into the air, but that's not what it's doing here. It's going up into the air diagonally. These lines are not straight and that's because I am looking up at it, which is like looking down a set of railroad tracks.
