In-district means you live within the Wheeling Park District boundaries. In addition, all children enrolled as students in School Districts 21 and 23 are granted in-district resident rates. For a complete explanation of these terms, please see page 48.

If you have never used our registration system and want to qualify for In-district resident fees, please stop by the Guest Service Desk at the CRC and show proof of In-district status. Valid drivers license, utility bill, copy of lease or mortgage agreement are acceptable forms of proof.

Out-of-district / non-resident guests are always welcome to take part in programs and activities.

Payment is accepted by cash, check, money order and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Register online at wheelingparkdistrict.com. An account with User ID and password is required to access the system. See page 48 for details.
