Wheeling Park District
Wheeling Park District’s mission is to provide memorable experiences in parks and recreation that enrich communities. Located in Illinois about 20 minutes outside of Chicago, the Park District encompasses just over 8.5 square miles, with 19 sites on 329 acres in portions of Lake and Cook Counties. The Park District serves a diverse population of 38,000 within the Village of Wheeling and portions of Prospect Heights, Buffalo Grove and Arlington Heights.
