College For Kids Program

For over 20 years College for Kids (CFK) at Santa Fe College (SF) has provided a fun, learning-filled summer experience for children who are 10-14 years of age within our community. This year we are offering three weeks of camp running Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., with full and half day options. Students will select 2 to 4 camps per week. Use the camp course numbers provided in the camp grid to create your child’s schedule. When registering please use your child’s name and date of birth.

Registration Information

Registration begins May 3. You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express either online (sfcollege.edu/cfk) or by phone (352-395-5193). You will register your child for each camp and t-shirts using the provided course numbers.

Student Rules

SF will be in session during CFK and all CFK students are required to follow the rules expected of SF students. You will participate in class, act in a disciplined manner and follow faculty instructions. A contract of understanding will be signed by the student and parent/guardian. One infraction will generate a warning. At the second infraction, the child will be expelled from the CFK program without a refund.

Meals

A lunch option has been created just for College for Kids (full day campers ONLY). Students with the lunch option will select a 6-inch sub, chips, cookie and water from Subway daily. The cost for this lunch option is $45 per week of camp. Your child may choose to bring his/her lunch if preferred. Please be sure to add the lunch option with the correct course number.

CFK Office

College for Kids is held at Santa Fe College’s Northwest Campus. The CFK office is located in Building A, Room 28 during camp and is open only during the CFK program: July 10 through July 28. Prior to camp, you may reach us at 352-395-5193. During camp, we can be reached at 352-395-5398.
