Day 1
We’ll pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas or Calafate for a scenic trip to the Park. Along the way, if coming from Punta Arenas, you’ll receive an authentic Patagonian welcome with a traditional smoked lamb barbecue and pisco sour at our family-owned Cerro Negro Estancia. Once you have arrived at Hotel Las Torres you will be able to explore our stables or organic garden, dine in our restaurant, enjoy cocktails at the bar or simply marvel at the extraordinary views of the Park. Beginning at sunrise, after a hearty breakfast, your daily Puma tracking will begin on foot or in a van and will take you exploring the Las Torres Reserve and Torres del Paine National Park. Our expert tracker will lead you to the best places for exclusive puma sightings, while enjoying magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, glaciers and Patagonian wildlife. Day 2
The day starts with a slowly ascending hike through the Patagonian pampas and begins to steepen as you enter the Ascencio Valley, until you reach Los Vientos Mountain Pass - with its spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and lakes. You will continue hiking past the Chileno Sector and through a native lenga forest before approaching the final stretch of your adventure. This part of the hike takes about an hour and is over rocky terrain, lined with enormous boulders. Awaiting at the end is the most awe-inspiring view of the three iconic granite towers and glacial lagoon.

Day 3
The day begins with a refreshing catamaran trip across the turquoise Lake Pehoé, giving you spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Once you reach the other side you will begin a wonderful hike into the Francés Valley. Along the way you will savor in the serenity of the forests and glacial streams and marvel at the shape and colors of the majestic Los Cuernos Mountains. The grand finale of this trek is like no other, a lookout with incredible views of the Francés Glacier and the rest of the Paine Massif.

Day 4
The day begins with a catamaran trip over Lake Pehoé to the start of the hike along the iceberg scattered shores of Lake Grey. The trail later undulates between rocky areas and native forests that are home to many species of birds. Walking along the base of the Park’s tallest mountain, Paine Grande (3,050mt / 10,000ft), the nonstop views of hanging glaciers spilling over the mountaintop will feel somewhat surreal. Leaving the tree cover, you’ll reach the first lookout over Lake Grey and slowly start seeing more and more pieces of floating glacier. The larger they get, the smaller you´ll feel. Finally you will see the breathtaking view of Grey Glacier and all her glory.

Full-day Biking Explore biking trails with challenging climbs and descents, that pass by lagoons, cross rivers and traverse mountains. There is a wide range of trails to choose from, with different levels of difficulty, that offer a great opportunity to enjoy beautiful landscapes and see the local wildlife, especially guanacos and birds.
Day 2
Kayaking in Grey and Serrano River Early in the morning, we take you on a scenic trip to the starting point of the excursion. You receive your gear and safety instructions from a specialized guide, before slowly launching in to the current of the Ping River, paddling upriver to reach the Grey Lake Peninsula, where you can contemplate the immensity of the huge icebergs which fill the lake. Afterwards, you begin a 3 hour downriver ride including a lunch break. You continue your adventure along the Serrano and Grey Rivers with spectacular views of the Paine Massif mountain range before returning to the hotel.
Day 3
Trekking to Cerro Paine Viewpoint and Rock Climbing The trek up Cerro Paine takes you through a native lenga forest and the Ascencio Valley, until you reach a lookout with a unique view of the famous Las Torres granite peaks. After lunch at the hotel you will head out for an exciting afternoon of rock-climbing at the “Puma Cave”, with climbing walls of 3 different difficulty levels. An experience not to be missed in Torres del Paine National Park.

SHUTTLE SERVICE We offer a van shuttle service twice a day from Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales and Calafate (once a day during low season). We will pick you up from your hotel or directly from the airport and take you on a scenic ride to Hotel Las Torres. The shuttle service is included in our all inclusive programs. USEFUL TIPS FOR YOUR TRIP TO TORRES DEL PAINE WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT?
Each season has its own charm! Torres del Paine National Park is open all year, but the most popular time to visit is between October and April, coinciding with spring and summer in the southern hemisphere. This period is characterized by sunny
days, less rain, average temperatures of around 15°C/59°F and up to 16 hours of natural light. Hotel Las Torres operates between November and April and remains closed during winter.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CONSERVATION PROJECTS Las Torres Reserve is committed to protecting and preserving the beautiful natural environment in Torres del Paine National Park. In 2004 AMA Torres del Paine our nonprofit organization, was founded with the mission to lead and participate in scientific investigation, conservation and environmental educational projects. Our philosophy is to give back to nature and maintain it´s pristine state for future generations. Which is why over the last decade our operation has moved from traditional Patagonian cattle ranching to eco-tourism, and nature and culture conservation. Here is some of the work we are involved in: • Las Torres Park Rangers - our private team work to protect and support the visitors to Las Torres Reserve and the Park, together with the team from CONAF, the national park adminisitrator. • Together, we also provide supervision and security for the famous Las Torres trail and lookout, to ensure that all our visitors enjoy a safe experience. • We created a Welcome Center, as a place to receive our guests and visitors, offer information and education about the Park, recomendations and details of our rules and protocols. • Cultivation of an organic (kitchen) garden using regenerative agriculture practices to produce more than 4 tons of fresh fruit and vegetables for the restaurant kitchens and bars, together with 14 tons of organic recycled compost during a typical season. • Waste reduction and recycling program. • Reforestation project - with native lenga trees. • Trail restoration campaigns. • A zero percent plastic policy in our sustainable Bar Pionero which includes the use of self-made copper straws. • Home-made cocktails served in glasses made from recycled glass bottles. • Holistic Grassland Management - Las Torres obtained the Ecological Outcome Verification Certificate. • Forest fire prevention projects. HOTEL LAS TORRES FLEXIBLE POLICIES, DIRECTS 01 December 2021 to 30 April 2022 Reservation Confirmation: • All reservations, changes or cancelations must be confirmed in writing and have a confirmation number. • We will send confirmations for reservations within 24 hours. For information and reservations, please contact info@lastorres.com Payments: • To guarantee a reservation 15% of its value must be pre-paid at the time of confirmation of the reservation by the sales executive. • The remaining 85% must be paid 31 days before the check-in date for individual bookings and 45 days before for groups. Individual bookings are considered for 0 to 9 people and group bookings for 10 or more people. • All reservations made within 30 days of the check-in date, must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the availability and price confirmation from the sales executive. Cancelations without Charge: • You may reprogramme your trip without charge or cancel it with a 100% reimbursement of the amount paid, up until 31 days before the check-in date (45 days for groups). After this date is won´t be possible to cancel or make changes to the reservation. • We cannot reimburse the value of reservations canceled within 30 days of the check-in date.
Cancellations after the Deadline due to COVID-19 • In case of a COVID-19 outbreak, which implies border closures, closure of Torres del Paine National Park, national quarantine or the client is infected with COVID-19, in any of the cases, a medical certificate or proof of cancellation for Covid-19 reasons will be requested, outside of the established cancellation deadlines, Las Torres Patagonia can offer the following alternatives: - Reschedule the reservation date for a stay until April 2023. - Transfer the reservation to another name. • The cost of entrance fees to Torres del Paine National Park included in the Hotel las Torres and Trekking Circuits programs: - Because the entrance fees to Torres del Paine National Park must be matched with the personal data of each passenger to an external agency, such as CONAF (National Forestry Corporation), the cost of the entrance fees is non-refundable. - PNTP tickets are not transferable. • The cost of guides and porters in private service are non-refundable and non-transferable. • For programs with 1 or more nights with lodging external to Las Torres Patagonia, the policies of the external suppliers will apply, therefore, for this type of program, the COVID-19 cancellation policy applies partially only to Las Torres Patagonia lodging and services. • If the rescheduling coincides with Christmas (24 December) or New Year’s Eve (31 December), an additional cost will be charged for the special dinner services for these dates, according to the corresponding values for the 2022-2023 season.

Children: • There is no charge for an infant under 4 years old that shares a room with a minimum of 1 accompanying adult paying the single room occupancy rate. • There is no charge for 2 infants under 4 years that share a room with minimum 1 accompanying adult paying the double room occupancy rate. • Cots can be reserved at no extra cost. • Ask for the child rate for programs, for children over 4 years old. Groups: • The Pre-Rooming List for groups (10 or more people) is requested 60 days before check-in. In the case that the reservations haven´t been sold at this point (they have no name assigned) Hotel Las Torres may release for re-sale 50% of the rooms reserved that have no name. • For groups of over 15 people, the 16th person receives a free double bedroom during the stay. Meals, drinks and other services are not included in this offer. Changes to the Reservation: • The date of the reservation (and the name) can be changed up until 31 days before the check-in date and can be reprogrammed up until April 2023. • When changes are made to reservations after the permitted time period and they result in a reservation value lower than the value of the original reservation – the difference is not reimbursable. If the value of the new reservation is higher than the original value, the client will be asked to pay the difference. • Services In the programs not used by the guests cannot be reimbursed. NO SHOW: • Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 9:30 a.m. everyday. • Guests should check-in to Hotel Las Torres no later than 9:00 p.m. on the date of the reservation. If they check-in later than this time without informing previously, the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the value of the reservation, taking it as a No Show and can resell the room reservation.
