CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN (4-MONTH OR 6-MONTH) Our Credit Card Payment Plan will allow you to make four or six equal payments on your credit card with no additional interest fees from Herff Jones. Your first payment will be processed upon receipt of your order at Herff Jones. A monthly charge will be made to your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover for the next three or five consecutive months – until the balance is paid. Production of your custom ring will begin upon the receipt of your order and approval of your first payment. You can enjoy wearing your ring while making payments.
DEFERRED PAYMENT You agree to pay the minimum non-refundable deposit to begin production of your custom college ring. You will be required to pay the remaining balance in full at production completion and prior to the shipment of your custom order.

LOST RING PROGRAM (LRP) If your Herff Jones College class ring is lost or stolen, we’ll help you obtain a duplicate ring at a reduced price adjusted to reflect current precious metal prices. This program covers your original ring and may be used one time for college rings purchased on or after January 1, 2014. The LRP is in effect for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Genuine stones and diamonds are not covered by this warranty. Other terms and conditions may apply. UPDATE YOUR RING FOR FREE Through the Step Up program, you can wear your college ring now and update it as you earn your advanced degrees at no additional charge. This is available on any college ring purchased from Herff Jones after 1983. The new ring may be for a different school than the original, provided Herff Jones currently manufactures college rings for that school and is available for the original owner of the ring. Other terms and conditions may apply. THE HERFF JONES WARRANTY Your ring, given reasonable care, will endure a lifetime. Thus, we make the following warranty: Herff Jones fully warrants both your ring and simulated gemstone to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material for the lifetime of your ring. If your college ring cannot be repaired or replaced under these terms, a refund will be allowed. In addition, the following services will be performed at NO CHARGE: • Resizing your ring • Restoring the original finish of your ring • Replacing a broken or defective simulated stone • Cleaning and polishing This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
