Each year, Harford Community College hosts a variety of cultural opportunities – from national touring acts to local resident companies, jazz to classical, magic to ballet. We strive to bring quality events that offer our community entertainment options that are often only available in more urban areas. From month to month and year to year, you never know who will be gracing our stages, but you can be sure they will create an unforgettable memory.

Two cops. Three crooks. Eight doors. Go. In a cheap motel room, an embezzling mayor is supposed to meet with his female accountant, while in the room next door, two undercover cops wait to catch the meeting on videotape. But there’s some confusion as to who’s in which room, who’s being videotaped, who’s taken the money, who’s hired a hit man, and why the accountant keeps taking off her clothes.

This classic musical is de-lightful, de-licious, and absolutely de-lovely! The show’s frothy screwball plot set on a trans-Atlantic cruise ship was devised by P. G. Wodehouse, and its vintage Cole Porter songs include “You’re the Top,” “I Get a Kick Out of You,” “De-lovely,” and “Let’s Misbehave,” among many others.

Everyone must have a ticket to be admitted. Recommended minimum age: 3 years. Strollers and car seats are not permitted in any venue. Theaters are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Patrons requiring special seating arrangements must contact the Ticket Office (443-412-2211) at least two weeks prior to the event. Assistive listening system headsets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be requested from the theater staff. Parking is limited. Plan to arrive early. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.

Booster seats are available in the Amoss Center on a first-come, first-served basis. No outside food or beverages are permitted. Use of cameras, video and recording devices is event-specific and may be prohibited. The 342-seat Chespeake Theater is located on the Harford Community College campus in the Chesapeake Center. Seats in Row H are accessible without stairs. All other seats require manuvering stairs.

Getting to Campus To Baltimore

Take Interstate 95 North or South to Exit 85, Aberdeen. Take Rt. 22 West. To proceed to HCC, continue traveling West on Rt. 22 toward Churchville for approximately 6 miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Rt. 22 and Thomas Run Road. Turn right on Thomas Run Road. The College campus is on the right. The Amoss Center is on the left.
