How should I use this crm differently than before?

This crm is specifically structured to facilitate conversation and connection rather than a 1-way digital marketing channel. To leverage the crm to its fullest ability ensure your contacts are complete, including first and last name, phone number, email, street address, birthday, home anniversary, and notes.

Can I access the crm on the go?

Yes, it is recommended to utilize the kvCore mobile app. Be sure to download your mobile app directly from your dashboard to have your app personally branded.

What campaigns will be available to utilize at launch? Will any be automated at launch?

There is a full library of campaigns available varying from holiday, home anniversary, lead nurturing, and more. Only new leads will generate automatic Smart Campaigns at launch.

Will there still be a Company and Luxury Newsletters available?

How will I receive communication from kvCore and will the sender receive an autoreply?

Agents will have the ability to receive notifications via email and text, and push notifications from the app. New leads will automatically receive a reply and be subscribed to a Smart Campaign designed to nurture the relationship based on their status.
