Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) are a critical tool to help bridge the gap between our clients and us. This once-per-quarter meeting is to discuss how ReadiTech IT Solutions (RTS) currently serves your business and how we can better support your business and employees. STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS

At ReadiTech IT Solutions, holding a QBR is one of the areas that sets us apart. We don’t see our clients solely as deals but as a long-term partnership. One of the best ways to ensure continual growth with our clients is by holding a quarterly business review with them. These meetings help us identify what’s working, whats not working and allows us to review our work and map out your strategies for success.

While your monthly reports review progress made within the month, a QBR helps you review your progress in line with your annual or overall goals. A QBR ensures your team works towards the same outcomes and solutions— specific to your business needs.

A quarterly business review helps you see where you are, identify gaps in performance and develop strategies to put you back on your road map. From your QBR, you can determine the changes you need to make in your blueprint to achieve your set goals.

We can all agree that all challenges affect your overall performance. Some of the challenges may be due to issues out of your control. Nevertheless, discussing them helps everyone understand how they limit you and analyze ways of avoiding them. When you acknowledge your challenges, you can better prepare solutions for them.

KEEP FOCUS: SET & RESET GOALS

During your QBR, we engage in an open discussion about your business health and how RTS can contribute to maintain or improve that status. For example, your organization previously had an on-site working model, you may have reconsidered and begun a hybrid working model with some employees working remotely and other working on-site. It may be a good time to reset your cyber security goals to cover remote and on-site devices.

MORE THAN JUST IT

As a client, you may have contracted a vendor like us to handle one aspect of your business, such as repairing and maintaining your IT systems and devices. However, during the QBRs, the clients will realize that we can have a larger impact than just on the IT Needs. Discussions will lead to other areas of the business, which in turn, can lead the QBRs to becoming not just IT Discussions, but rather full business meetings.
