Glenn Mencer
Glenn Everell Mencer (1925-2007) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mencer was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on February 19, 1982, to a seat vacated by Daniel Snyder; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 18, 1982, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on April 18, 1994, and served in this capacity until his death on April 17, 2007.[1] Mencer was succeeded in this position by Sean McLaughlin.
