Bruce Bickford (Republican Party) is running for election to the Maine State Senate to represent District 20. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024. He advanced from the Republican primary on June 11, 2024.

Bickford (Republican Party) was a member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 63. He assumed office on December 3, 2014. He left office on December 7, 2022.

Biography

Bickford was a manager for convenience retail from 2000 to 2008 and a manager of full-service restaurants from 1975 to 2000.

He has been a member of the Small Property Owners of Auburn, a director of the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments, and a director of the Auburn-Lewiston Airport.[1]

The deadline for write-in candidates to run in the general election was September 22, 2014. District 70 incumbent R. Wayne Werts was unopposed in the Democratic primary.
