If I could put zero stars I would! I do not recommend this business and have made a formal complaint with Bureau of automotive repair.
This "auto repair" service misdiagnosed my car three times, each repair got more expensive totaling 3500
In the end a simple fuse needed to be replaced.
These guys are a hack and will rob you if you let them.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ophelia D.Mesa, AZ01Jun 15, 2021
Deceitful, untrustworthy always quotes a price then finds other issues that increase the cost of repair and when confronted gets upset and gets defensive.
Owner quoted and charged a fee to fix air conditioning. Worked on the way home and not again since. I took the vehicle back and owner now says it's another issue which will cost significantly more to fix.
Do not believe or trust this place. Owner identifies an issue, 'claims' to fix the issue, but will not stand by his word or work. There is always something additional that needs to be done.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - A H.Phoenix, AZ0288Oct 30, 2020
Incorrectly installed my coolant fan before I made a cross country move and thus my radiator cracked halfway through the trip. Brought to another Napa shop to get repaired by tow and the shop owner called Accurate owner and pulled some smoke and mirrors shit on me because I didn't know much about the auto repair area and they made me feel belittled and infuriated as I paid in full and was given no reimbursement whatsoever as I was pigeonholed/bullied by these two shitty old bald guys. Lame as fuck! Don't text me about your fucking deals! Go to hell!

They tried to scam me, I got a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. They called me after I dropped my car off to tell me I had a nail in my back tire, and it would be $23 to fix it. Most tire shops fix that for free, so I went to Gunnells on Mckellips and Gilbert to get the tire fixed. They checked all 4 tires and said there was no nails! These people are fake, dishonest, and would probably break your car themselves just to make extra cash. Never go here! Very disappointed

This was my first time and last time doing business with this shop as their rates aren't competitive with other shops. They charged me at least 30% more for the job I had done and on top of that they left greasy hand prints all over my car. Avoid these guys. If you do go expect to be stopping off at a car wash afterwards as your car will be filthy. It looks like your positive reviews are faked or inflated. :-(

Found Accurate Automotive via Yelp and it turned out great, as represented by earlier reviews. Lee and Kelly run a first rate business. My used car inspection was thorough and Lee spent time debriefing (and educating) me. Read their posted "Vision Statement; it's no BS--they mean it. Thanks very much!

Lee and his staff did an amazing job in the repair of my car. He explained why the repairs were made and how the failed parts impacted safety first and foremost. He advised me of my options including cost saving measures. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Best place around! I am newer to the area and needed some work done on my vehicle. I called Accurate and spoke with Kevin, told him what I needed done and he found the best price for me! They even picked up my car from work so that it would be done during the day so I could pick up my Son in time! While working on my car they noticed that I needed an oil change and that I needed new brake pads (as it's dangerous to drive with the ones I had, there wasn't much left of them). Accurate got EVERYTHING done and my car back to me by the time I was done with work! BEST service anyone could ask for especially a single mom! Accurate Automotive will be my go to anytime I need work done on my car from now on!! I will also be referring all my friends to them :)

UPDATED: 1/24/2019 I had work done on my previous car and they forgot to reconnect my HID lights. I found this out when I had to drive at night and was not able to due to this safety issue. Had to return next day and have them connected. Later in 2016 I was yelled at by the owner for asking them to check my service engine light when they were about to close! I found a new place to go that's more professional!

I was given a quote and decided to get the work done there. They do a full curtsey inspection of your car including photos of everything that needs to be worked on. I don't know any other place that does such. I was told my rotors didn't need replacement just resurfacing along with new brake pads and calipers. I also had to get a brake line leaking fixed. They said my coolant hose lower needs replacement soon. Ill do that at a later time. The owners wife was also friendly introduced herself as I waited for car to get done. I got my car back in working condition however still makes a slight grinding noise when breaking. I was told it's the rear brakes due to clipers sticking in front and having fronts do most of braking so there's surface material issues in back brake pads. I never had this problem previously to taking it in. Rear brakes are fine but can choose to replace. This along with high price on parts is the reason for only 4 stars.
February 2nd took my car in for an alignment after I had brand new set of tires installed by another company. My car drives perfectly straight now. This was recommend by the tire company and Accurate Automotive it's the best time to get the car alignment to get the best longitivity of the tires.
Everything is under 24/24,000 mile warranty. Napa parts so you can go to any Napa care center if traveling and not near shop. - Smith, M.Mesa, AZ0131Oct 24, 2019
Plus, 5 more stars if I could. They back their work with a 2 year warranty. Yes, a TWO YEAR warranty. They do right by the customer, ensuring you feel confident about what they're doing. They take the time to explain what you need to know so you can make the best decision for you. No surprises, no hidden fees, never any pressure. They're prices are competitive for the quality work and parts they use. Only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). It's the only shop I'd recommend.
