Latest 1-star reviews are telling. This business used to offer great support, but it's non-existent now. Both offices have the same contact info for scheduling. Scheduling gets routed to voicemail, then SMS (Klara AI). No one replies to SMS. Website 'Contact Us' loops you to the phone number no one answers. Online scheduling isn't an option. Have tried to contact scheduling for over a week at different times, days, and no one ever answers, or returns a voicemail or SMS. For those looking to schedule with this provider, consider finding an alternate provider on ZocDoc (web friendly, no app required). I found an alternate provider, viewed their availability by doctor, and scheduled an appointment just now--literally within minutes using ZocDoc.

UPDATE: If you're having trouble contacting this provider, consider leaving a review. Yelp reviews seem to be a platform that is actively monitored. The follow up the provider below is referring to is the Yelp DM he sent yesterday following this review, directing me back to Klara.

We've been with McArthur Pools just a little over a year now. Brandon and Adam are true pool pros. From the initial pool cleaning assessment, to the weekly service, and the general support each season, the experience has been so smooth. Brandon dialed in on our needs as new pool owners and really helped us understand the fundamentals. When we thought for sure we'd be spending $$ fixing a broken hose cuff and mouth cover, Brandon recommended a practical solution that saved us big time. 5-stars, and then some! This place has high-quality premium ingredients and flavors. Great selections and perfect portions. The experience alone is a must! Look forward to trying their Ramen... everything on the menu looks amazing.

Where to even begin! Love this place. Favorites include Crispy Rolls, Fresh Rolls (sliced beef), House Fried Rice, Pho traditional, and Pho brisket. With egg noodle upon request. Owners and staff are incredibly friendly, attentive.
