They tried to scam me, I got a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. They called me after I dropped my car off to tell me I had a nail in my back tire, and it would be $23 to fix it. Most tire shops fix that for free, so I went to Gunnells on Mckellips and Gilbert to get the tire fixed. They checked all 4 tires and said there was no nails! These people are fake, dishonest, and would probably break your car themselves just to make extra cash. Never go here! Very disappointed

Every plant I've ever gotten from here has had a bug infestation. Even the plants they sell to Lowe's and Home Depot. This place seems cute and trendy but not when your plants start dying

I would give this entire company 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst company, slowest WiFi I've ever had, worst service, and to add this store location always has a long line. I literally hate Cox more than I hate anything else in this world, save yourself and go to century link.
