Regained Access to our company account

Our company was locked out of our account due to staffing changes. Support desk was able to get me access to the account so I could change the email address and password so we could gain access.

why did people get the chance to upload…

why did people get the chance to upload their full thesis before, and now we can't do that anymore and we have to pay, it's not fair at all

Joy is Such a Joy!

Response time after bot chat was quick and timely. Joy was a great help and replied with updated information and very easy link to update. We were able to solve the problem in minutes!

No app is not user friendly

Not having an app is an insane way to operate in a day where more work is done on mobile than on desktop.

Not what it used to be

What used to be free, isnt anymore. I used to upload more than 50 pages for free, but can't anymore, which is rather annoying.
