I have used Issuu for some years now as we offer a big range of bereavement books for children and families to remember their lost little ones and grown ups too. It provides us with all we need to create fantastic LOOK INSIDE the book and offers so much more. I had an issue this week and they resolved it and were most helpful.

I recently had a positive experience with the customer service team. I have mistaken my subscription plan and asked for help to switch subscriptions and requested a refund for the price difference. Sara from the customer service team promptly responded to my email and efficiently processed the refund.
Not only did Sara assist me with the refund, but she also ensured that my subscription plan was adjusted according to my preferences. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by customer service.

Issuu is user-friendly and has everything our company needs for creating a flip book. Their customer service really assist in easy to follow ways. And my two Zoom meetings were most productive guiding as well as advising. The interface on Issuu website I found had all that we needed. At this juncture we're part of the Premium plan and are very happy indeed.

The same CSR / Tech (Chloe) helped us resolve our issue twice. . . as new customers who are a bit technically challenged we didn't follow her instructions correctly the first time - our fault - and we accidentally deleted our account. While we were in a state of panic, she was patient, cheerful and professional and resolved everything quickly. We even had another CS person and and VP check in with us to make sure we were satisfied as a new customer. Who gives this type of service any more? As we discovered (happily), Issuu does.

All works well and appears easy to set up. But for us (a small publisher) not keen on paying for a year up front. Also don't like 'ISSUU' displaying on the bottom of a smartphone screen, as well as the progress bar - we need maximum space on a smartphone to display the mag.
Glen Garcia was very good and helpful on live chat, but we are reluctant to go ahead because of the comments I have made here.

Your finished, paid subscription version looks great. However, your basic free-trial version does not allow me to access the finished product and is embedded in an Issuu advertising page. I do not need this service on a regular basis to justify paying a monthly or annual subscription. Is there anyway to purchase your product for one or two PDF documents?

This company is amazing with the students!
I'm from Mexico studying for one of the best university in latinamerica. The fact is thatThere's no exists anything better! Issuu just gave me one year for free in the starter plan, they kept their word in giving this promotion to students.
