Ticks all the boxes

Superb user interface for creating multi-faceted publications where every interaction is trackable. The customer service has been prompt and super helpful. Love the way they are constantly evolving the many functions that you can apply.

Easy and eye catching

We have been using Flipsnack to build an online program guide for our Wellbeing Think Tank events. It is easy to use, looks sharp, and we get complimented every event on how professional it looks. I'd highly recommend Flip snack to other organizations and small businesses.

Really incredibly rude customer…

Really incredibly rude customer service, Paul.. Patronising and uncompromising and quite frankly insulting and abusive. The expensive basic service just gives you a pdf, which is a free product. They do not clearly advertise that you dont get a flipbook until you the second service up, which is $100's - this is after they take $200 for a free pdf. Its a con. Stay away from this awful company. Plenty of free competition out there. I have reported them for fraud

the tool is mostly working

the tool is mostly working. but there is little problems, and i don't get precise answer with customer care (in think they are humans, but give answer like bots).
moreover, there are at the limit of being thieves, living with bad information of your subscription if you ever give them your credit card.
worst customer care in 25 years in IT fields (and i manage a company using a lot of online service)

We understand each one of our customers is different and we try to treat all of them according to what they need instead of offering standard messages, so if you would be kind enough to let us know these details on our live chat, we would be more than glad to improve on that.
Unfortunately, the subscription you mentioned was under an account you created a while ago and you haven’t mentioned it in the conversations we had, so we were only able to help you according to the information you provided us.
I can assure you it is not in our interest to keep unlawful money from any of our customers as long as they do not intend to keep their subscription.

Their customer service is impeccable.

I have been using their platform for over a year and it works spectacularly. I have sometimes had some questions about how it works and they have resolved any questions or issues quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is impeccable.

Better than ISSUU, Hands Down!

I love FLIPSNACK! We considered ISSUU and a few other online platforms to make our magazine but Flipsnack stood out with the many wonderful digital features. Our favorite is the embedded video feature that does not open in another browser but stays in the magazine page along with the clean and modern layout that is completely customizable. I love the support I receive from Customer Service each time I reach out. Consistent each and everytime.

Great program. Thank you!

We love how easy it is to upload our PDF booklets to the platform. From there, the dashboard does a really good job with organizing all the different functions. The customization is not only robust, but not difficult to use. Easy access to the embedment code has allowed us to truly take advantage of the digital books.

I just received help from a service rep named Christian for multiple problems! I appreciate his help! He responded really fast, was polite and went above and beyond after I expressed concern with my brochure dilemma. It really made a process that could’ve been frustrating, actually painless. Flipsnack is a game changer!

I enjoy using Flipsnack for company newsletters, invitations, events, etc. The platform has definitely elevated my output! I like the ability to add in my own photos, keep the project unlisted if needed, easily use templates for variety and overall, this platform makes the process to format very efficient. To be quite honest - I really like the page flipping sound!! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to step up their game!

Great customer support

1) Free trial feature should be improved - after 2 hours of building a book you try to download it and receive a notification that work will be lost unless you pay for a month subscription. Must be clear in advance.
2) Had some aspect with payment, Customer service resolved it within minutes - that part was nice above expectations.

Text formatting bug huge problem!

Update: FlipSnack fixed the text editor bug that prevented us from publishing. Fix took several weeks and required several customer support reps to re-diagnose issue. That said, my review has improved.

For weeks I have been going in circles with customer service having to prove that the view one sees in their EDITOR mode is different from the published mode. In short, the text box formatting has a bug and you cannot access the html to correct it.

I have sent them several screen shots of the two and the obvious discrepancy and I have been getting back lame answers, mainly blaming me. Today they admitted to the bug. But clearly others would have encountered an error simply caused by coping text boxes! Awful.

Looks good but hard to promote

While the final product looks sophisticated, there are major issues with delivering it via social media and website. After we paid for a year subscription and after we spent countless hours creating our pdfs, only then were we told that the website platform we used had "limitations" and couldn't render the flip book properly. Also, the flipbook does not translate well to social media. So you're left with a really nice looking book that you can't promote. Would have given 1 star, but the support staff there was really nice (and apologetic), so the extra star is out of appreciation for them.

We have been analyzing this issue you have faced regarding the embed code used on your Squarespace website. Upon our investigation, we found out that on your website there is a div called a spacer that pushes our flipbook to the right, and you would have to remove it from your Squarespace account so our flipbook will display properly.

Awesome Features for User Training

Flipsnack is an amazing tool for user training reference tools. My learners greatly appreciate the searchable feature to find answers, Learners are spending more time in the global reference library (MS Team Page) to find the answers they need.
As a designer, I truly appreciate the ease of use to create a flipbook using Flipsnack, the ability to insert videos, images, interactions...

Very poor customer service

Whilst I found the process of creating a magazine on Flipsnack very good, I cannot say the same for their customer service operators.
As I work in an educational establishment, I asked one operator if we were allowed a discount on their Starter pricing package. He said yes and sent me a link for a 30% discount. He explained that the discount was valid for 24 hours.
Having had this approved by my line manager, I contacted Flipsnack the next day to commence with the Starter package. I was told that the discount was invalid. (However the 24 hour period had not expired at that time )
The woman I had a conversation with was quite unhelpful. She didn't explain why the discount code was suddenly no longer valid and insisted I was in the wrong.
Hence giving Flipsnack 2 stars for customer service.

Flipsnack Made Me Stand Out as a Marketing Professional!

I'm a Marketing Manager and whomever I'm working for, I introduce Flipsnack and flipbooks as a premiere marketing tool. Some employers were like, "Well, I don't know if that will work for us. We've never done it that way." So, I'd spend about 30-40 minutes, depending on the length of the flipbook and content, images required, bring it back to them to see and they're all obsessed and now want me to create flipbooks for all kinds of things! Told you! Lol. Sales have skyrocketed.

Flipsnack has elevated my marketing skills, it's easy to use, high tech, and very professional looking. It makes the competition pale in comparison. I highly recommend Flipsnack. I've been creating beautiful flipbooks with them for years, which has greatly attributed to my personal success, as well as for any company that I work for.

Our company uses flipsnack for member newsletters and sale brochures. I really love your product and the ease of use. I also check in regularly on the stats which helps our company with future creative.

Very unclear description with …

Very unclear description with subscription in terms of what you are receiving as far as flip files go. Spent much time and effort trying to download just a simple flipfile, which is all I wanted. However, even with the many chats in the service provided, it was always confusing and there was never a direct answer as to why I was not able get a copy of the flipfile which i spent a lot of time working on, just so that it can be downloaded in that exact format as it was displayed, only to be told eventually that i would have to upgrade! very disappointing. there should be clear indications as to EXACTLY what one is getting!
