Background
Various microorganisms exist in nature, and part of the microorganisms entering the human body can have great influence on the environment in the human body and even cause various infectious diseases. With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to health, and begin to use various disinfection products to disinfect food, bodies, clothes and the like, but most of the products need to be washed by water, and are inconvenient for regions with poor water resources or people going out, so that a series of wash-free products are gradually created, and the wash-free gel is particularly popular.
The disposable gel is a disposable sanitary product made of gel base material packages, has the basic functions of disinfection and skin cleaning, is convenient to carry and the like, and gradually becomes an essential cleaning product in daily life of people. The safety of the product is very important due to no water flushing, and many products in the current market add some chemical synthetic substances for improving the sterilization effect, the substances generally have strong irritation and are easy to cause allergy, the substances are difficult to metabolize in vivo, and a large amount of residues can generate great hidden troubles, so the application of the products is limited.

Experiment for inhibiting bacteria
The wet tissues of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 were subjected to an antibacterial rate test with reference to appendix C of GB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles, test methods for sterilizing, bacteriostatic and stability of the products, and the action time was 5 minutes, and the results are shown in Table 1.
0.5 g of the gel was placed in a petri dish and 1X 10 was added8Shaking cfu/ml bacterial suspension and 49ml antibacterial water on an oscillator for 5, 15 and 30min, standing for 30min, taking 1ml of the treated bacterial suspension for 10-fold gradient dilution, taking 1ml of the treated bacterial suspension and a culture dish, adding a culture medium which is melted and cooled to about 40 ℃, shaking uniformly, culturing at 37 ℃ for 72h, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate, wherein the test results are shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001902804290000091
Wherein "-" means substantially no bactericidal effect.
As can be seen from table 1, the bacteriostatic compositions of examples 1-4 have strong bacteriostatic action. In addition, comparative example 1 is different from example 2 in that comparative example 1 does not contain the camphor leaf essential oil, and the amount of the camphor leaf essential oil of Hongya is twice that of example 1. Comparative example 2 compares to example 2 with the difference that comparative example 2 does not contain the essential oil of cinnamomum hongkongense leaf and the essential oil of cinnamomum camphora leaf is twice as much as example 2. As can be seen from Table 2, even if the concentration of the essential oil of Cinnamomum japonicum leaf or the essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora leaf is increased, the bacteriostatic effect is not as good
Example 2, it can be speculated that there may be a synergistic effect between essential oil of leaves of Cinnamomum japonicum and essential oil of leaves of Cinnamomum camphora.
In addition, the difference between example 1 and example 2 is that the bamboo leaf extract and the lonicera confusa extract are also added in example 2, and as can be seen from table 2, the bacteriostatic effect of example 2 is improved to a certain extent after the extracts are added.
Market research
Market research was conducted on 100 volunteers using the product of example 2, and the volunteers were 18-68 years old, male and female. The research project comprises the following steps: the cleaning effect, the moistening property, the irritation and the odor acceptability are respectively 10 points in each index score, four grades are respectively obtained, 10 points are very good, 6-9 points are very good, 2-5 points are generally obtained, and the difference is 1 point, and the statistical result is shown in the following table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0001902804290000101
As can be seen from Table 2, the leave-on gel of example 2 has better cleansing effect and moisturizing degree, less irritation and higher odor acceptance, and is suitable for wide application.
