tantanoola football club

This week Zac “Yolo” Walker will run out for his 150th A Grade game for the Tantanoola Football Club.

With red and white in his veins, Zac has played all his footy at Tiger land. His natural ability earnt him the Junior Colts Most Consistent award in 2005 and in 2006 he took it one step further winning the Best and Fairest and the Leading Goal Kicker. 2007 saw him move up into Senior Colts where he won the Coaches Trophy and then in 2008 he was awarded his first senior game under coach Jason Rowe.

A stellar year in 2009, Zac took home the Malseed Medal –the Mid South East Best and Fairest in the Senior Colts and Tantanoola's Best and Fairest and Most Courageous. Once in the senior ranks he took out our club Best Under 21 player

Over the next few years Zac was hampered by numerous injuries but managed to play in the 2014 reserves premiership side. Geng some consistent football in over the next few years his best year was in 2019 when he was awarded the A Grade Runner-up Best and Fairest.

A low to the ground hard at it player Zac possesses great foot and hand skills and never takes a backwards step.

The Tantanoola Football and Netball Club wish Zac all the best in his 150th A Grade game and hope there is many more to come.

HATHERLEIGH EAGLES

football club notes seniors

A Grade: At the halfway mark of the year I'm prey happy at where we are sing, 5 & 3 with most of our players available for selecon. It's been pleasing to see us finally put together 4 quarters of good football in our last two games against quality opposion. Last game against Pt Mac was a real slog, heavy rain during the week and more on Saturday presented a heavy deck which deteriorated badly all day. It was very pleasing to see us play the condions well, playing a territory game where we just wanted to move the ball forward. A good first quarter really set the game up, holding Pt Mac to 1 point whilst we kicked 4.2. From here, we were able to slowly extend our lead throughout the match to run out 7 goal winners. It was a real team effort, with everyone playing a great game and standing up when required. Standout players were again Will Chay and Sam Gray in the middle, Winny Smith and Hutchy up forward, Cam Slape in the ruck and Brad Wight back for his first A grade game of the year

junior colts

B Grade: We were met with very winter condions on Saturday, the oval was a mud bath. Heading into the game the instrucons were prey simple. Get back to playing basic footy surge the ball forward at all mes, then set up and hold it inside 50 with pressure acts from our smalls. It was the straightest we have kicked all year and ran out 71 point winners in very ordinary condions. Sam Telfer was awarded best on ground kicking 6 goals. Ma Fabris was a bull inside all day to be named second. Todd Waa was a rock at CHB. Jase Faulks had another great game in the middle, Our ever reliable skipper muff kicked 3 to round out the best. Great start to the season. Now the hard work starts in the second half of the year

Senior Colts: In ordinary condions our boys baled, but it wasn't enough to stay with a smooth moving Pt Mac ouit. A slow start really held us back, in

which we were playing catch up early. Our best player for the day was Zac Bowering who rucked and had great follow up efforts all day Tyson Atkinson and Ethan Marshall had solid days accumulang a lot of possessions. Blake Snook was solid down back, spoiling the ball and finding a lot of it. While Ausn Nele and Jack Bellinger tried hard all day moving it forward at all cost. With players coming back from injury soon, we look to improve as we enter the second round of the season.

Junior Colts: Last week we took on top of the ladder Pt Mac. Unfortunately we couldn't quite get the win but I was super pleased of the teams efforts across all 4 quarters considering the wet and windy condions we had. 1st best was Tom Bowering, Tom had his best game for season, played the condions giving repeats efforts when around the ball. 2nd best went to Thomas Atkinson, Tommy has been very consistent for us this season geng himself into good posions across the ground, 3rd best went to Paddy Fitzgerald for his courageous efforts in the backline, 4th best was William Dower, will gave plenty of run for us and used his good skills in the wet condions, 5th best went to our captains for the day Ned Fitzgerald and Eli Sims, both these guys really stood up as the giving us plenty of drive through the ground. Well done to Leni Clifford for kicking our only goal too! Although we didn't get the overall win we will take the small wins in the game and move forward from there.

Under 11: This week the team played Pt Mac at home in some wet, windy and muddy condions. The bay won the toss and elected to go with the wind. The wind made it hard for us but we kept persevering. Some terrific tackles and some great goals were kicked throughout the game. Harris, Joel Skeer, Mavea, Hugo and Parker all did

it.

Last week we played Round 10 to start the second round of the year. The weather was a bit kinder than the previous week and our opposion brought an extremely physical game style to all 4 matches across the day Thanks to our home game sponsor Maloney Plumbing which saw a large turnout in the viewing pavilion in the stubby booth. This week we head to Hatherleigh in a challenging round of footy for all grades.

Junior Colts: The junior colts got off to a great start to the day and beat the only opposion that they lost to last round. This will now see our boys go top and only have 1 loss for the year. On a sour note, one of our key players went down with a broken leg and we wish all the best to a speedy recovery to Hamish. Nothing worse than seeing injuries to juniors. The kids played great footy and were able to turn the score on their opposion from round 1 and have made great strides. The final score being 5.9.39 to 1.5.11. Best players were Tighe Hurley, Kallan Price, Jed Sinkunas, Sam Haase, Bailey Dale and Tom Richards.

Senior Colts: The senior colts also showed great fight and improvement from their round 1 thrashing against a highly ranked opponent. The pressure was there all game and even with a few players out they sll managed to kick a few more goals than they have been in some recent games. The final score being 4.4.28 to 7.19.61. I expect some much beer improvement in the 2nd half of the year to our boys and some more wins as they have all been improving each week. Best players were Lachlan Brierley, Digby Richards-Fennell, Brodie Pfitzner, Marcus McGrath, Tighe Hurley and Bailey Rothall.

B Grade: The Reserves had a few players back this week and actually had a bench to use to rotate. They sll started the game

very slowly, but were able to stem the flow during the 2nd and 3rd quarters to keep even. In the last quarter the game did get away from us a bit and we started to show some red legs and gave away many goals to let the score line reflect poorly on our performance. It was a much beer display than we showed in round 1 against this opposion, but sll some work to do as we went down by 99 points. Unfortunately, in the last quarter there was a bad hip and shoulder that saw one of our players Jimmy knocked out and needed Ambulance assistance to be taken to hospital. Let us hope Jimmy doesn't miss too many games because of this as he had ngling in his spine Saturday night. The safety of our players is of the upmost importance. Best players for the game were Josh Agars, Jack Miller, Ben Curran, Bevan Lipscombe, James Muecke and Dillan Young.

A Grade: The Seniors had shown beer fight last week, but were now coming up against the 2nd side on the ladder. We started off very poorly giving up the first 6 goals. Aer this we evened the goal scoring for the rest of the game unl the last 10 minutes, but the first quarter had already lost it for us. It was a very rough game and some sore bodies on Sunday for sure. We sll need a big improvement in the 2nd half of the year to get some more wins on the board as we are definitely playing below our potenal. The final score was 57 to 120. Best players were Sam Giersch, Zacc Cocks, Patrick Mitchell, Tom Edwards, Alex Hentschke and Aidan Hurley

football club notes

Mini Colts: Good game against Glencoe this week. Goal kickers: Charlie, Mitch, Leni, Zac, Jaxon, Brock, Nixon and Kade. Best players sponsored by Bakers Delight Levi, Nixon, Harry, Jaxon and Leni.

Junior Colts: Not quite the result we were looking for last week with our first loss of the season against Glencoe. Our first quarter was again lack lustre with Glencoe kicking 3 goals in the first quarter which was the deciding quarter. We were beaten because we were prepared to be second to the ball and wanng to push forward and forgeng about the defensive side of our game. It wasn’t unl the last quarter that we showed some fight and proved that we can take it up to the top side in the compeon aer a spirited fight back. It was pleasing to see this final quarter and we can certainly look back on that to find posives moving forward. Nevertheless, we know we have work to do to improve and I’m sure we’ll rebound this week against another top 3 side in Kongorong. Encouragement awards sponsored by McDonalds this week went to Harri K, Blake, Tye, Caleb and Declan. Best players were Kane Gilbert with a fantasc 4 quarter performance. Cayden Byrne, Taj Manning, Harri Kennion, Brody Pra and Kade Gilmore.

Senior Colts: Last week we travelled up to Glencoe to play against what we knew would be an improved Glencoe side. As expected, our boys were challenged hard for a majority of the game, only managing to get away from the Glencoe boys in what was a great last quarter from our boys. The boys wore black arm bands and their socks up in memory of Dyl. He would be so proud of the group and his mates. Best players were Riley Morgan who was relentless all day, showing true leadership, Luke Richards plays with his own ball, Casey Wilson connues to impress in the ruck, Kai Gilmore had a day out and kicked some important goals, Archie New connues about his business and Zaylen Smith had his best game for the year Kongorong this week, let's get another win.

B Grade: Port MacDonnell 18.10 def Glencoe 3.8. The winter bite is sll on and with one eye on the weather radar we trooped to Glencoe for the start of the second half of the season. Aer driving through pouring rain and heavy wind outside Kongorong it was a surprise to see the sun peeking through at Glencoe, with hardly a breeze and despite heavy rains during the week the oval looking in prey good shape. Thankfully! Aer all, who wants another week like Hatherleigh! (I'm sure some of the boys are sll finding mud in places you'd rather not know about!) As per usual, most Saturdays, I never know who will turn up on the team sheet, so imagine my surprise to see Hayden Tickle (on holiday from QLD, where its eternally warm!) in the line-up along with Grady Hutchesson. Thank you, boys, for filling the list and great to see you back in the colours Hayden. Enjoy the polar blast! Either there was Red Bull in the water, or the boys just wanted to keep warm, but the first quarter got off to a flying start with a 40-point lead that set us up for the game. Jack “You can't touch this” (MC Hammer) Cawthorne was ever reliable in the flash and dash department and is well on his way to

earning the BP trophy of '23 with another B.O G performance. Nathan Brotherton, with a hang me of Air Jordan, and sharing the rucking dues with Rory “Roz” Narass, rucked the packs and help control the ball through the middle of the ground for a majority of the game also earning a nod in the BP list. Jordan Carrison is also proving to be quite handy rucking in the pockets and shows promise as the season progresses. The “Dependables” Ma Stark and Ryan Von Stanke were strategic in moving the ball forward from the packs and CHB line providing great opportunies for scoring with their second and third aempts to the ball. A handy bag of five goals to Rhys Timms and triples to both Aaron Harding and Ma Stark, not to menon doubles from Isaac Narass, Nathan B and Jack C, and a single to Grady Hutchesson rounded out the 18 big ones, and gave us a beer than 50% rao for a change. (Interesngly enough, when we last met Glencoe at home we had similar scoring shots between both teams…then PM 38 shots to G 3 ..now PM 28 to G 11) It was a great team effort and while there is sll room for improvement, if we keep on in this vein (you know… actually turn up to training, get some fitness!) we might just jump up the ladder a couple of notches if we can clip the Hawks' wings. That said, remember what happened last me we played Kongorong… Hero to Zero in just one week! And like that Top Gun '83 movie where Maverick lands on the carrier, it's me to …“Call the ball“ …C'mon Demons let's bring this one home.… roger that!

A Grade: Port MacDonnell 18.12 def Glencoe 8.9. The road to Glencoe may have been paved with rain and wind but the weather held off long enough to secure a solid win without too much rain, slip, slide or mud. In a complete reversal of fortune from last week it was our turn to hold the Aces as we kept Glencoe goalless unl the 2nd quarter Perennial favourite Will Macdonald again scored a B.O G with his talent being ever present throughout the game and helped control the centre square, backing Tim Sullivan in the ruck. Colby Munro provided a stable target up front and with 10 big ones to his name I'm sure it will be “Give Munro a go” in the forward lines next week too. The goal fest connued with 2 apiece from Tim “Too Tall” Sullivan and height master Will Macdonald, and 1 each from Alex Ridding, Blake Lynch, Wade Chant and Kyall McClean. Jake Schleter, Kyall “K-Mac”McClean and import Chrisan Howle also earned a place on the best player list with their connual mop up of turnovers in the packs and brilliant play pushing the ball up the flanks. Ned Wilke and Wade Chant upped the ante as we doubled down, their determinaon to the ball all over the oval providing much of the drive out of the back lines creang our “Wall of Tall” from the back line to our forwards. Our first half set the game, the second half saw us slowing our pace a lile and while making the most of our scoring shots, we all know that games can be lost if the foot is taken off the pedal too quickly Let's keep that in mind this week with Kongorong as a strong start demands a strong finish. In the lead up to finals no game should be taken for granted. Train hard, play hard… go Demons!

Another chilly week at the footy, fortunately not the rainfall that was predicted, and the oval held up well aer back to back home games. Many thanks go out to all our volunteers that get the jobs done each week. The Club couldn't funcon without you all, some commied to every week, others to a shi on the canteen or a turn at goal umpiring or mekeeping. These efforts don't go unnoced and are appreciated by all, so thank you.

Last week's games reviews:

Under 11: The under 11's were firing and keen to play football, with a few grazed knees already, before the start of the game. The grit and determinaon that each and every one of these kids display makes it an enjoyable game of football to watch. Thank you to Peter McKenzie for umpiring our last three games for us.

Awards: Intersport - Iziah Hunt, Club Award - Harry Nicholas, Coaches Award - Toby Telford, Rob & Amy Whiy Award - Nathaniel Elletson, President Award - Vann Byron and Donut King - Coby Brant.

Junior Colts: The kids had another great win, in once again windy and wet condions. They worked very well as a team and shared the ball around with lots of individuals goal scorers. Let's keep up the great work into the Port Mac game this week. Axel Page – Lucas Family Award, Jackson Bald – Aussie Disposals Award, Samuel Pearce – Spot-on Fishing Tackle Award, Logan Cordy –Janeway Plumbing Award, Samuel McInnes – Paradise Pizza Award and Noah Von Stanke-Dowie compleng the best players on the day

Senior Colts: Toby McKinnon in yet another solid performance, got the MT Wheels Award, Tyler Richardson's consistent form saw him earn the Swallow Drive Meats Award. Shakielle Von Stanke bagged seven goals for the day, and the Mick Mullan Award. Cohen Janeway showed why he has been geng picked in the senior sides, and took away the Coach's Award. Axl Von Stanke got the Badenoch's Deli Award for his efforts and Judd Cordy rounded out the best players.

Reserves: Never really got going, against a good side. Got taught a lesson in some crucial areas, but the boys never stopped trying. We had moments, but they were too far apart. Full credit to Kalangadoo, they

played the condions beer than us. We will learn from it and look to bounce back this week. Awards: Cohen Janeway was excellent around the ground in the ruck - Club Tea Award, Sco Fleming never stopped working - Commercial Hotel Award, Harry Maddern was in and under all day - Collins Court Butcher, Shaun Beard ran relessly all over the parkClub Tea Award and Declan Wright connued his excellent form upon return - Pick Ave Delis Award. Mug this week went to Sean Maddern, connuing to adapt to Aussie Rules footy

Seniors: The boys started well with the breeze, but unfortunately we weren't able to hit the scoreboard as hard as we would of liked. The second quarter we kept the pressure on the 'Doo unl about half way through the quarter, where they put the foot down to take a decent lead at half me. Third quarter Kalangadoo started strong into the breeze, then we were able to get a run at it to put a couple on the board. Coming into the last, and the eight goal 'breeze' Kalangadoo did just that, and used it well to kick away with the game.

Awards: Will Vickery – Commercial Hotel, Michael Waters – Collins Court Butchers, Riley Maconachie – Club Tea Award, Brayden Leicester – Killara Food Centre, Je Aard – Club Tea Award and Robbie Hein – Pick Ave Deli. Mug this week went to Adam Searle, on a tough game.

We head to the Bay this week to take on the archrivals, which is always a good day to catch up with mates, as footy should be.

Next week we have the bye, followed then by a big day at the club with the Reserves 20-Year Premiership reunions (three-peat). Looking forward to seeing everyone return from far and wide to celebrate this achievement. We also hold our Beyond Blue Round, and Tommy Hunter will shave his head for the cause, so donate either via hps://fundraise.beyondblue.org.au/ hairforcare or the donaon boxes at the club. Donaons of cat and dog food for the South East Animal Welfare League, a cause we have supported for a number of years now, can also be dropped at the club or at the gate on the day

Good luck to all footy and netball teams this week, lets bring home some wins. Carn Hawks!

football club notes

As we kicked off the start of the second round heading to Kongorong we were lucky enough mother nature only had a few showers throughout the day but there was a nice, brisk southerly breeze all day that managed to hold the oval in reasonable condion throughout the day meaning some quality footy was on offer, especially if made good use of the wind when had it.

Under 11: Once again Boxy’s Mini’s got the day off to a perfect start with plenty of numbers and some quality footy being played leaving the talk around the ground that our future stars are really developing and are an excing group to be around. The skills in the wet were evident for everyone to see and the teamwork on display is great to watch in such a young group.

senior colts

junior colts

Junior Colts: Another tough day for Macca’s junior colts as once again came up against a larger team but that didn’t stop the effort and endeavour from the young Maggies from baling hard throughout the 4 quarters. There were a lot of posive moments as they defensively worked hard and connually repelled the ball out of defence only to have it return again. As with the minis there’s a real team camaraderie amongst the group and this will hold them in good stead as work through the second half of the year and into the future as good sides are built around this. Best players went to Emalee Dowdell-Sajevec, Joe Box, Nathaniel Cooper, Elodie Burr, Dante Gibbons-Clark & Max Monaghan.

Senior Colts: With 1 of our stronger line ups for the year the Colts were looking for a repeat of round 1 and a win against the Hawks. Connor won the toss and kicking with the wind wanted to get 1st use to our lively forwards in Coop, Erryn, Ryder & Dean and we did just that scoring 3 to the Hawks single goal who also showed you can score into the wind. The 2nd saw the Hawks make good use of the wind while we found plenty of the ball but just couldn’t maximise saw us down by 18 points at the main break. The 3rd saw the Maggies dominate with the ball and the Hawks playing a defensive, negave game dropping a player behind but unfortunately could only manage 2 goals 5 for the qtr to be down by single point at the final break. The final quarter was a real bale as we fought hard into the wind and had moments to nudge in front a couple of mes with Coop registering his 3rd for the day but in the end go down by 16 points. Best players Connor, Harry, Nateo, Brycie and Ethan Marshall who played under DA from Hatherleigh.

B Grade: Although wet weather condions had prevented the B Grade from having an ideal week on the training track; the boys were nonetheless looking forward to the challenge of playing one of the top sides in Kongorong at Kongorong on Saturday. The Hawks had a very comfortable win in Round 1 so the Magpie B Graders knew that we would need to be at our best if we were going to try and secure a place in the finals. Captain Nathan Reeves again had a

super game but also won the toss and enabled us to kick with a very strong breeze in the first quarter. Kicking 6 goals with the wind and then also scoring against the wind in the second quarter set up a really great win for Kalangadoo. Cam Auld, Jusn Mansell & Tyler Jones all connued their strong form across half back & half forward. It is great to start geng a more seled line-up each week and the side has certainly been strengthened with the return of players such as Jonny Mules. This week is another huge test for Kalangadoo as we again face one of the compeon leaders in Robe. Looking forward to the challenge and also spending the day with Wayne Carey

A Grade: By the me the A’s were set to get proceedings underway the oval had held up OK although the centre square was a lile worse for wear. The Hawks won the toss and kicked with easily a 4-5 goal wind in the 1st and our Maggies went to work defending hard with pressure on the ball & ball carriers at every opportunity in what was a real dour quarter of footy. We found ourselves with enough of the ball but only from some inaccurate kicking saw us up by 4 points at the 1st break. In the 2nd it saw the maggies break the game open around the ground to make the most of the condions and get the scoreboard cking over. The mids throughout this quarter me and me again controlled the stoppages and providing plenty of opportunies to our forwards to register 6.6 for the qtr while holding the hawks scoreless to hold a 42 point lead at the half The 3rd quarter was a repeat of the 1st meaning the backs and mids had to work hard and the forwards to lock the ball in whenever had the chance. While we could only manage the 3 behinds for the quarter our defence held the upper hand only allowing the Hawks 3 goals in a very strong 5-6 goal breeze. At the final break Lynsey urged the group to break the shackles and get the ball into the forwards quickly and allow them to go to work. The Maggies set about this at the very 1st bounce of the last by once again controlling the stoppages and winning a lot of the 1 on 1 contests around the ground whilst providing plenty of quality ball to the forwards as we kicked away in the last to register a convincing 87point win in tough condions. Best players went to brad Auld, Tye McManus, Sam McManus, Thomas Williams, Dylan Bromley and Ben Gregory

Next up we welcome Robe to Magpie Park in what will be an excing day for the club as we also welcome AFL royalty in Wayne Carey who will be at the ground early to be a part of all junior grades and speak with each of the sides along with presenng awards post game, interview & quesons to the Duck along with a small aucon by John Rombos. Make sure you hang around aer the game to be a part of what will be a huge night at the club. And thank you to the sponsors in Kalangadoo Hotel, Harry Peacock Plumbing, MG Plasterers, JJ Events and The Sign depot for making this happen.

Junior Colts: In very windy, difficult condions, our young roosters were able to grind out well earnt 32 point win. Credit must go to the Tantanoola team, who made us work for every possession, applying a lot of pressure with their strong tackling. Aer a good first quarter into a significant gale, where to score line did not really reflect our number of forward entries; the second and third quarters were a 'slog', with both teams applying lots of pressure. Both teams are to be congratulated on the way they handled to condions, all said and done they moved the ball quickly and with reasonable accuracy. Aer some encouragement at three quarter me, our boys moved into another gear and produced a much beer last quarter, resulng in a sasfying victory This week, we need to play the type of football we produced in the last quarter; for all 4 quarters, anything less will not be acceptable. I know the boys can do this, it gets down to everyone playing their role and believing in themselves. In no parcular order, the players considered to be more consistent and focussed throughout the whole game were: Conrad, Eli, John, Spencer, Byron, Dylan and Noah. Flynn and Brodie also worked hard for not much reward. Goal kickers were: Eli and Conrad 2, Spender, Byron and Flynn all 1. Incenve awards went to Rinaldo (Union Cafe') and

These 2 guys display the qualies that we are aer; a team first atude, eager to learn, enthusiasc, commied, reliable and care for their teammates. All the best for this week, team.

Senior Colts: Coming up against the top side in Tantanoola was always going to be a tough contest. Starng off well in the first we definitely kept the ledger even. But credit to the top side they managed to sck to their structures and played 4 quarters. Our boys just couldn't quite get going, even though at a guess the inside 50s would have been very similar. So to not capitalise having so many chances is the reason for going down by 9 goals. Best players were Jimmy Murch, Kaiden Carter, Flynn Peel, Max Robertson and Nathan Gibbons.

A Grade: Robe oval was in beer condion than most expected aer a week of heavy rain however a howling gale was blowing across the oval with an occasional rain shower had an impact on the game as a spectacle. Robe ran out easy winners because they had individuals of greater skill than Tantanoola supported by team mates who stuck to the team rules and played their roles. Tantanoola however played with determinaon and never shirked the issue and their young players should develop into a good team if they commit to their club over the next few years. Deane controlled CHB and Walker Mahews and Bryant controlled the Robe forward line. Lawrie Dunn and Woodward connually won the ball in ght and ran forward at every opportunity. Robe hopefully will get some of the nine injured players back over the month and should start to sele an A grade team in me for the finals. Having said that those u/17 and reserve players who are playing A grade have significantly contributed to the success of the team.

Reserves: Last week at a very windy Robe saw us taking on the one of the top sides in the reserves compeon. Some very hard football played with only one on our bench for the game, the boys toughed it out but unfortunately couldn't get the job done. Our best player went to Ma Sporer with his great IQ of the game pung him in the right spots and aggression on the ball. Our other best players Jacob Wright, Brad Scanlon, James Braun and Marky Bell.

junior colts

Junior Colts: Last week, we came up against Robe in very tough condions. Our team came out from the start and competed hard and didn't give up all day. The best players were Kaden Bell, who led from the front all day, Charlie Bromley, who has found his spot down back, Jake Bevan who was everywhere and kicked a couple of snags, Jayden Hunter who mopped up everything down back, Kobe Bromley and Zac Linnell.

Senior Colts: Last Saturday seen us taking on Robe at Robe in what was trying condions again for the second week in a row Aer a wayward first quarter, the guys started finding their groove and began to hit the scoreboard regularly. Our backline has really stood up the first half of the year and have allowed minimal scoring from the opposion, but have been super aacking which has led to a lot of goals our way. Another really good win for the boys. Best players were Cade Kelly who connues his very good year. Ellis Cushion, Shaunn Robinson, Zeb Elshaug and

A Grade: Last week took us to Robe in some very windy condions. With a few injured players and some outs for the week we knew it was gonna be a bale playing the top team. We started really well with having most of the play for the first 10 minutes we just unfortunately couldn't put much on the scoreboard as we were going into the wind. Losing Troy 15 minutes into the first quarter hurt a lot and Robe really started geng on top and connued it for the first half. The 2nd half we started again and I was really happy with the group, we sll struggled with the condions not being able hing targets up forward but to allow the top team to only kick 5 goals in the 2nd half was a great effort by the boys and a posive to take away for the day. Best players in no order were Hayden Brown, Zac Walker, Nic Joy, Jordy Ha and Jack Dawe.

Junior Colts: In a really close game the Mt Burr Junior Colts came away with their first win of the season. It was great moment for the boys, and I couldn’t be prouder. Levi was absolutely everywhere and snagged a few goals. Finn showed great determinaon with his ability to get to every contest. Logan had a remarkable game shung down their best player. Massive thanks to the Hatherleigh boys who came and played for us and also the ones that played for Nangwarry. The game couldn’t have gone ahead without you boys helping out.

Senior Colts: Last week we took on Nangas at home and the boys had a very comfortable win. In a great team effort. Best players were Brady Sharp, Kallan Bevan, Charlie Bevan, Cohen Montuori, Sam Hunt and Bradlee Lawson. Big challenge this week against undefeated Tantanoola side.

held off but was sll one of the colder Saturdays we’ve had this year. Nangwarry certainly brought the pressure and had us working to cover their relentless aacks forward. Finally in the last quarter we were able to play the way we wanted and string a few good goals together to run out winners in the end. Best players were -

B Grade: Round 2 started in a similar fashion as R1 with a ght game against Nangwarry This me there was no draw though as they managed to beat us by a couple of goals. I was pleased with the way we ran the game out in the last quarter but unfortunately we ran out of me. Best players were DJ who controlled the backline all game, Tommy Hales who got amongst the goals and Mark Teagle who wound back the clock and spent a fair bit of me in the midfield. Thanks to everyone that helped out in any way on the day

A Grade: A cold return to football but good to be back as always! Aer 2 weeks off it was back into it against Nangwarry @ Mt Burr. Thankfully the rain

1. Jack Gregory with a bag of 12. We finally were able to kick him the ball in the last quarter to make it a lile easier for him. 2. Brodie Hennink who was able to swing in from his holiday and offer a lot of intercept marks and good footwork going forward. 3. Kal Bevan who once again proved he has a bright future and played strongly for us all day. Slick with the ball and doing things that others wish they could. 4. Sam Wallis with his constant patrolling of the backline, stopping every ball that comes his way. 5. Josh Fiebig who has offered us another side of himself with his forward line work and swinging into the midfield rotaon. 6. Charlie Bevan who also has a bright future and was a great link up player for us coming out of the backline.

Well done to all involved with the money raised to go towards Zac Watson. We wish him all the best with his recovery and appreciate all the kind donaons that were part of our mega raffle.

On to Tant @ Tant next week for another big game before the Zone break. Best of luck to Sam Wallis, Dylan Ridley and Kal Bevan who have all been named in the Zone squad.

Go Burr.

HATHERLEIGH vs GLENCOE

The Eagles and the Murphies play off this weekend at Hatherleigh. Glencoe’s Sarah Edwards and Chelsea Owen create pressure throughout the defensive circle, supported well by Chloe Pfitzner outside the circle. Hatherleigh’s Demi Vanderhorst and Maddie Pulmer will need to move and shoot with accuracy to counteract the influence of the Murphies defenders. Hatherleigh’s Erin Watson and Glencoe’s Donna Jaeschke will fight hard through the court to gain possession for their respecve teams, feeding accurately into their goalies. Glencoe’s Jenna Paproth and Chantelle Cocks combine well and shoot precisely throughout the circle but will have the strong pressure of Elly Redden and Maddie Redman to create turnovers. Glencoe will likely come away with the win, however the Eagles will fight hard.

PORT MACDONNELL vs KONGORONG

Kongorong head down to the Bay to face off against Port MacDonnell in Round Eleven. Kongorong’s Tilah Buckingham and Evie Sealey combine well in the goal circle, moving and shoong with accuracy, however they will be under intense pressure from Port Mac’s Alana Berkefeld and Alysha Coon, who are able to use their height and skill to create pressure and force turnovers. Demons Megan Hein and Kori Collins have proven to be a goalie combinaon to watch this season and are able to shoot from many points throughout the circle, and Kongorong’s Riley Buckingham and Emily Lightbody will need to fight hard for any rebounds, creang turnovers for their team. The home team will come away with the points, however the Hawks will make them earn every goal.

KALANGADOO vs ROBE

The Roosters head to Kalangadoo this weekend to play off against the Magpies. Demi Carter and Halle Carter combine well in the goal circle for Robe and are able to shoot with accuracy from many points in the circle. Kalangadoo’s Lauren Kain and Lara Munro get hands to balls and create a plethora of turnover for their team, feeding it back down the court through Jayde Peacock and Jane Auld. Robe’s Annie Regnier and Lucy Perkins will need feed into their goalies with accuracy to prevent turnovers. Abbey Duncan and Ebony McDiarmid will work well together, even under the pressure of Robe’s defenders Georgia Perkins and Emma Grant, shoong with accuracy throughout the circle. Aer a tough game Kalangadoo will come away with the points.

TANTANOOLA vs MOUNT BURR

Aer a close game in Round Two, Tantanoola and Mount Burr will both be fighng to come away with the win this week. Tantanoola’s Jami Walker and Casey Walker will feed well to their tall goalies, Emma Gould and Keryl Ousey, who will need to shoot with accuracy under the pressure of Mount Burr’s Olivia Dean and Megan Thiele. Mozzies Caitlyn Payne and Laura Schultz are able to feed goalies Lauren Wheeler and Ebony Clark with ease and accuracy around the ring, however, will have the intense pressure from Kate Bromley and Tayla Rowe in the defensive circle for the Tigers. Both teams will fight hard down the court, fighng to cause turnovers, chasing any loose balls and aiming to convert from their defensive efforts. This game has the potenal to go either way and will be fought hard by both teams.

NETball club notes

Junior 2: In today's wet and cold condions, the girls played amazing! It was so good to see everyone giving 100% and the footwork was exceponal. We adjusted to the wet condions by coming in front and thinking about what types of passes we can use in different situaons. All goalies used prelims well to lose their players and really thought about their shoong acons which we pracced at training. We had big hands throughout the whole court while defending which led us to geng some nice intercepts and really good turnovers. The girls backed each other up all day and worked really well as a team. Awards: Luca Bateman (Beggs, Bean & Bar), Georgina Hassell (HLC), Hadlie Green (Macca's – Mt Gambier).

Junior 1: What a cracking game in extremely wet condions. We all adjusted relavely well (even though there were some complaints about being cold), mostly coming forward to the ball and keeping the passing short. However, there were mes today where we tried to go to quick, which meant our footwork let us down. Remember to balance and then focus on the pass. Defensively we fought for every possession, we ensured that our hands were over every pass and were able to create plenty of turnovers with our ght pressure. It is also posive to see many of you using the correct technique when shoong, whilst they don't always drop, the more you pracce the beer you will get! Awards: Arabella Hassell (Beggs, Bean & Bar), Kirby Carruthers (Maccas – Mt Gambier), Leyla Marshall (HLC).

13 & Under: Hatherleigh (45) def Pt MacDonnell (30). In wet condions we started off slow and couldn't find any rhythm. Aer making a few changes at the quarter break, we came with a fighng atude. We were paent in the aack line; ensuring the ball was kept short and we found the front posion. Midcourters had some great vision into the goalies alongside some precision passing. Defensively we blocked our players down the court and had hands over everything causing turnovers and more opportunies for our goalies. Well done to Arabella Hassell, Leyla Marshall and Kirby Carruthers on your first 13's game, you all held your posion well. Awards: Tilly Prouse (Beggs, Bean & Bar), Paige Walters (Macca's –Mt Gambier), Livvi Faulkner (HLC).

15 & Under: Hatherleigh (31) def by Pt MacDonnell (41). Winter well and truly has arrived. A very wet and windy day had everyone raled and not playing at their best. We all need to remember on wet days we can't go long for the ball, we need to come front for the short pass. Leni played well always coming front and using her vision to pass into the circle. Olivia Bellinger never gave up in defence giving it her all. Awards: Leni Carruthers (HLC), Olivia Bellinger (Corner Clip), Chloe Bellinger (Macca's – Mt Gambier).

17 & Under: Hatherleigh (67) def by Pt MacDonnell (33). The girls had a loss against Port MacDonnell, but they played a really good team game. The weather was unfortunate, but we didn't give up through all four quarters. We recognised we needed to keep it short ad make sure of our passes with the weather. We had some good passages of play and good communicaon down the court. It was a good team effort and proud of the girls for keeping a posive atude the whole game! Awards: Niah Faulkner (HLC), Kyah Carruthers (Daisy Sun the Label), Deni Brown (Macca's – Mt Gambier).

B Reserve: Hatherleigh (47) def Port MacDonnell (31). It was the Big Freeze fundraiser at Hatherleigh and the weather certainly met the brief! With injuries sll hampering the team, Nat Chambers took the court at C, Sarah started in WA and worked relessly with Nat to be an opon feeding into the aack and applying pressure down the court. Eliza and Melita stood strong against a physical defence and Hatherleigh were up by six at quarter me. Nic, Fi and Grace made life difficult for the Pt Mac aack, geng lots of hands to the ball, applying pressure to cause the turnover and strong under the ring for rebounds. Eliza capitalised on the turnovers and the lead was extended at half me to be up by 17. Changes at half me brought Amy in at WA, Maddie at WD and Sarah into GA. It was great to see that everyone adapted quickly to these changes, were posive and supporve of each other – backing each other up and encouraging each other. Another accurate

quarter by Eliza, well supported by Sarah and Hatherleigh extended their lead to be up by 24 going into the last. More changes saw Eliza and Fi come off and Melita and Grace back on. Although Pt Mac fought back in the last –outscoring Hatherleigh 15-7 - everyone should be proud of the way we adjusted to the play, listened to what was asked and worked hard to implement coaches' instrucons. A wonderful team effort that saw Hatherleigh take the points. A huge thank you to Kalli and Deni for sing bench aer playing in the rain! Very much appreciated. Thank you also to Raels for scoring, Billie for Primary Carer and Sarah for ming. Always a tough ask in horrible weather to get volunteers for these important roles so Thank you. Awards: Sarah Beare (HS&RC), Eliza Burton (Somerset Hotel), Nat Chambers (Mad Penguin). But everyone could have got an award so enjoyed a free drink provided by Kaz!

B Grade: Hatherleigh (33) def by Port MacDonnell (34). With the weather giving us a slight break from the downpour, the cold and wet condions kept us on our toes for the whole game. A strong start all over the court, had us up in the first quarter by seven, Georgia and Sophie worked hard to apply pressure on the Port Mac goalies, Demi and Ella shared the defensive role on the wing shung down any flow in the mid-court and Jas played a brilliant consistent game across the full court at C pulling in some ripper intercepts and excellent, cohesive play with Meg, both feeding the ball into our goalies efficiently. Playing a full game in GA, Hayley moved and shot well combining with Ellie and Eliza sharing GS – all supporng each other against some prey tough defence in the goal circle. A nail biter in the end, with the last goal shot in the final few seconds seeing Pt Mac taking the win by a goal. A great game played by all. Awards: Georgia Gray (HS&RC), Hayley Bell (Somerset Hotel), Jasmyne Bellinger (Mad Penguin).

A Reserve: Hatherleigh (39) def by Port MacDonnell (48). Considering the terrible weather and being in disarray for our warmup, we started the game well and won the first quarter with nearly 100% shoong efficiency Our second and third quarters we lacked movement in the goal circle and the pressure of the defence raled us and the shoong accuracy dropped. We had some good patches of play and some great defence in our defensive circle to turn the ball over, but we let ourselves down with too many forced balls and wrong decision making in the mid-court to the goal third. We fought hard in the last quarter and recfied our passing and only lost the quarter by one. It was a much beer quarter, and it goes to show if we sck to our game plan the court is so much more open and we play well. Let's keep working at it and with the bye, look forward to playing Glencoe in a few weeks' me. Awards: Millie Smith (Mad Penguin), Georgia Hunter (HS&RC), Sarah Broadhead (Somerset Hotel).

A Grade: Hatherleigh (40) draw Port MacDonnell (40). Yet again we hit the court this week with a changed line-up due to a few injuries. We started okay but with a few to many mistakes being made we gave Port Mac the early lead by two. Our second quarter saw lots of hesitaon in our aack which was allowing Port Mac to create turns and saw us down by seven at half me. To the girls credit they fought hard in the third dying up some easy errors that were being made and with quicker release got us back in the game. Erin, Lara, Lucy, and Mads R were creang turns and transioning beer out of defence with our aack line having to work hard for every ball, Rosie was having a physically demanding game while Dem and Tegan were working it out together and geng opportunies. Abby Wight took the court in the last to shoot 13/13, an outstanding effort and the team were digging deep. Unfortunately, we gave ourselves every opportunity to win the game but showing too much paence at one state opened the door again for Port Mac and we finished with a draw. With it being the last round hopefully we can start fresh against Glencoe with a full-strength team ready to take on the second half of the season. A big thanks to our extensive bench on Saturday and to Anna, Kalli and Di for doing the admin dues.

Awards: Erin Watson (Mad Penguin), Lara MacGregor (Somerset Hotel), Maddie Redman (HS&RC), Players Player jumper – Erin Watson.

NETball club notes

Junior 1: A fantasc game by our whole team today. So much improvement since we played Port MacDonnell last me with lots of first and second efforts. We must connue though to concentrate on our basics and our footwork. Best players went to Charloe (Metalworx) & Jazz.

Junior 2: Excellent effort everyone! You have all listened and put in a solid four quarters. There was some great talk and backing each other up. Defenders had many touches and rebounds. Mid court all did some awesome front cuts and reoffered well. Well done to the goalies on the use of your shoong technique. There were great efforts from everyone all game. Encouragement today went to Ruby J, with great movement in the circle and some great shots. Best player today went to Charloe B (LICO Pty Ltd) for using a good shoong technique and switching from aack into defence with ease. Again, awesome effort from everyone!

13 & Under: Well done girls. It was a tough game today, but you all connued to work hard for every ball and not give up. We made a few changes at half me but you all adjusted well to new posions and combinaons. The defensive pressure down the court was fantasc and everyone backed each other up to maintain the turnovers. First best went to Emmerson (Dycer Construcon) for working hard all day to sck with her player and adjusted well when moving to the aack end for the last half of the game. Second best went to Gracie for consistent defensive pressure throughout the whole game. Third best went to Isabella for creang many turnovers in defence and scking ght on her player at all mes. Great effort again girls and let's all work hard for our next game against Hatherleigh.

15 & Under: Good game today girls. Some simple errors found us working harder to create turnovers. Shooters struggled to find the front posion. Midcourters fed the goalies well, but we somemes struggled to capitalize on goals. We lacked some height in defence today with players finding it hard to obtain rebounds. First best player went to Shae (Maloney Plumbing) who showed great leadership today throughout the court with her smart decision making and talk down the court. Second best went to Kloe Phillips who worked hard all game with many posion changes. Her diversity proving she's an asset to the team. Let's regroup and come out next week for a great game.

17 & Under: What a game! Well done all of you, in each quarter everyone gave their all. The opening quarter saw great work in aack with Zoe passing brilliantly into strong holding Alyssa who along with Montanna converted truly, Lara was steady and oen an opon so we used the circle and clever movement to create space. In defence Kayla and Giaan were everywhere with pressure also coming from Caitlin and Zoe on every pass. Lilly and Jena were great support all day. This set our day up with loads of highlights during the rest of the game, Montana rebounding at key mes, Caitlin one step ahead on each centre pass, Alyssa creang

dynamic play, Lara steadying on conversions, Zoe leading the way on hard fought contests, Kayla constantly applying pressure and Giaan working relentlessly. First best (Degaris Lawyers) went to Zoe, second best was Montana and encouragement award went to Alyssa.

B Reserve: Bad luck girls! On another wet and windy day with three of our players out, we knew it would be a tough one, but we went into the game with great effort and posivity. We stuck close with the opponent and fought our way back a few mes. There were some great turnovers and movement down the court however, our underesmaon of the wind and our passing accuracy at mes let us down. We also need to make sure that we are leading towards the ball and creang space to provide more opons rather than leading away or geng stuck. Although, our improvement as a team from Round 1 is something to be really proud of! I'm looking forward to seeing how we go in the next half of the season and hopefully get a few wins on the board. Best players went to Jaz (Key2Sale) for her consistent defensive efforts and to Caitlyn for stepping up and holding strong in a senior game. Thank you to Alyssa for playing and sing bench, we appreciate you! Thank you to Leone, Krystal, Julie, Sam, Joyce and all of our volunteers over the season so far

B Grade: 38-40. Bad luck today girls, it was a tough game throughout. With many changes being made you all adapted well to players in different posions as well as having a few different players than usual. Thank you to Giaan, Julia and Alyssa for playing for us, we really appreciate your efforts. Best players today went to Bri (24/7 Car & Dog Wash) for fighng all day for each possession and goal and April geng put from one end to the other without missing a beat.

A Reserve: Awesome effort girls. We came out thinking we didn't have much of a chance and managed to claim the victory by 2 goals. Jorja (1st best - B&P Travel and Cruise) had a ripper game in WA with great driving and feeding into the ring and Chloe ran hard all day earning her 2nd best. Good paence in aack we didn't force the ball in and played it safe by passing around and reseng. Once again our ght defence down the court caused headaches for our opponents which seen us rewarded with plenty of touches. Overall a great team effort, super proud of you all.

A Grade: A much-improved game from our last performance. It was pleasing to see that the things we focused on at training were implemented into the game. We worked out the centre pass well and Jenna and Chantelle worked much more seamlessly in goals. Everyone lied their intensity in this game and really backed one another up. Our simple ball skills were great and we didn't let ourselves down with many bad decisions. Great defensive pressure by everyone – especially on transion from our goal end. Let's keep working and keep improving. Best players were Jenna (O'Brien Electrical) and Alice. Thank you Sam for sing bench, Chloe for ming and Nicole for scoring.

NETball club notes

The Port MacDonnell Netball Club would like to congratulate B grade player Jenni Taylor on her 350th game for the club. This is a massive achievement Jen, and we are proud of you!

Junior 2: Well done girls on a great game. From Round 1 when we played Glencoe to today - the improvement in each & every one of you was amazing. Milah was dominant all over the court, geng a lot of the ball & numerous turnovers. Ruby found space for herself so well & was involved in some great passages of play Ellie defended well & moved well at WA, working herself in front & being rewarded with the ball. Pippa had a cracking gameworking hard to get in front & while on a taller player, she got front posion & got some beauful turnovers. Big thank you to Skyla & Maddy for filling in for us, they both got a lot of the ball, intercepted a lot & helped us drive the ball down court. Desny had a great game, especially at GS, geng a lot of the ball & a lot of shoong opportunies. She earned the Fasta Pasta award. Emilee was great at WA, playing in front & then got some lovely touches at GK, earning herself the Wendy's award. Well done girls!

Junior 1: Great game, we have a few things to work on at training. Torah played a great defence game and Maddy played awesome in centre court. Thank you to our sponsors Bakers Delight which went to Torah and Ana.

13 & Under: Glencoe 35 defeated Port MacDonnell 20. The weather held out for the U13's, no rain which was awesome! The girls are really starng to shine together playing beer and beer each week and using their court plays and drills that we've been praccing at training within their game on Saturdays. Although we came out with a loss you girls played extremely well and had some great passages of play. Well done girls another yet amazing game! Awards: Lucy Neale (Fasta Pasta), Mia Spehr (Wendy's).

15 & Under: Glencoe 23 defeated Port MacDonnell 63. Another solid game played by everyone today. Everyone is starng to find their groove in their posions, and all gel together as one wicked team of netballers. We lapsed for a couple of minutes a few mes during the game and aer regrouping at quarter me, everyone went back on court and took everything on board and smashed it. In the past couple of weeks Lily Jacob has stepped up and came out of her comfort zone and found her voice on court. Layla found herself geng many touches in GK, and had her GS covered all game. Her voice and leadership on court is a great asset to have for the team. Keep up the great work girls, Montanna and I love watching everyone play and grow as young netballers. Awards: Layla McPherson (Arena), Lily Jacob (Subway).

17 & Under: Glencoe 39 defeated by Port MacDonnell 41. Our girls had a tough game this week in what was a see-sawing clash against the home team, Glencoe. The opposion got off to a strong start, perhaps raling our girls a lile from the get go. A ght first quarter saw star defender Stevie Collins go down with an ankle injury, Lara Wilson stepping up and taking her place in defence despite an accurate start to the game in goals.

Alicetyn Stanley was a worthy replacement at GS, moving well in the goal circle, shoong accurately and offering defensive pressure in transion. Down at the halime break, changes had to be made and Lillie Lamb entered the game at WD and Ruby Moody took her fantasc ability to get hands to balls into the goal circle at GD, together combining beaufully on the line to provide the stops we needed to work back the lead.

Heading into the last quarter however, the star of the show this week was Lilly Day, moved away from the comfort of her beloved goals into GK with the task of stopping the opposions dominant GS. An incredible defensive effort from Lilly provided the opportunies the team needed to get our noses in front by two goals at the final whistle, earning herself this week's best player. Awards: Lilly Day (Intersport), Alicetyn Stanley (Boost Juice).

B Reserve: Glencoe 34 defeated by Port MacDonnell 41. It was a wonderful start which kept us in the game. What was impressive, was the connued push in defence and aack. Everyone doing everything they can and being there for each other in every way. Everyone did their part for the win. Players Award Salem Moody, Amber Moulden & Ashton Jones. Thanks to Victoria Hotel Shipwreck Bistro, F45 Mount Gambier and Chemist King.

B Grade: Glencoe 38 defeated by Port MacDonnell 40. It was a strong start to our game today. Everyone worked hard to establish posions, did their job and turned ball over. The court was well balanced and everyone did their preliminary work to gain and maintain possession. Lilly and Jess combined well in the circle to find space for each other in the first half of the game. Determinaon and grit were the ingredients of the day. It was a solid team effort and it felt like everyone had each other's back and played hard for their team mates. Protecng the space and driving hard to open the court. In the second half the aack line of Jess, Kelly, Jen and De passed, drove and re-offered. Moving the ball around to find the best opon. Paence was evident and essenal. Down court transions out of defence were helped by Chloe's drive and backing up. Elivia and Montanna worked well in defence together. Jess worked relessly in aack and shot beaufully, never giving up. Congratulaons Jenni on your 350 game milestone. You are a great team mate and inspiraon to us all! Awards: Jess Grigg (Grantville Butchers), Elivia Stanley (Shipwreck Bistro Victoria Hotel Port MacDonnell).

A Reserve: Glencoe 43 defeated Port MacDonnell 41. Disappoinng end to a great start of our game today. We started off well going out strong and had some great passages of play but in the end our passing and silly errors cost us the game. Our defensive pressure all over the court was great but unfortunately couldn't bring the ball down the court when we needed to score the most. As a team, four consistent quarters is definitely something we need to keep working towards. Let's regroup aer an unseled week with training and come out bigger and beer next week. Awards: Nic Collins (Victoria Hotel), Isabelle Sneath (F45).

A Grade: Glencoe 51 defeated Port MacDonnell 39. Not the end result we wanted today, we definitely didn't want the score to blow out like it did. As a team, four consistent quarters is definitely something we need to keep working towards. We have awesome quarters, then throw it away the next and that is something we can't do, especially within this grade. Our passing choices today really let us down, which meant Glencoe was able to score. Having said we did have great defensive pressure all over court and we definitely did have some awesome passages of play we just need to work on consistency. Awards: Alysha Coon, sponsored by K&S Freighters (Victoria Hotel), Liza Mutch, sponsored by Team Nilsson Fitness and Boxing (Birdie Blue).

Junior 2: An even contest all day against a very tall Kalangadoo ouit. Our girls did a fantasc job in defence, with everyone geng a turnover at some point during the game. We have a few players now that are 'hunng' for the ball and as a coach that is really pleasing to see so early in the girls' development. In aack, when we led to the ball, we more oen than not converted on the scoreboard. What I was most impressed with today however, was everyone's tenacity at the loose ball. We chased and fought hard in a oneon-one situaon, which just shows how far our skills have come since the start of the season. Keep working hard girls. Big improvers and award winners today (McDonalds) were Edie and Lilah. Awesome job girlsthere was some definite fire in the belly, which translated onto the court!! Also, great defence efforts by Lily and Sienna, who both gained mulple intercepts and worked relessly all game.

Junior 1: Great effort today girls in trying condions. There is something about the 10am me slot and inclement weather! Once again, our girls braved the cold, wind and rain and they did so with enthusiasm and a 'can do' atude. This absolutely translated into the game, with great skills being demonstrated by everyone throughout the contest. When we worked the ball down our lanes, leading to the ball, we successfully scored in the goal circle. Our passing at mes let us down, but this was somemes hampered by either leading too early or not in front. This, and thinking about who the best opon is to pass to, will be things we work on in the weeks to come. Best players today were Alara ($5 canteen voucher) and Mackenna (Kaboom).

13 & Under: Great effort today girls. It was always going to be tough game. We have improved so much from last round. Although unseled at mes, we did have a few great passages of play. Great shoong by Abby and Havi, Great defence by Meeka and Sophie, both worked hard all day. Best players Sophie (Fasta Pasta), Meeka (Badenochs Deli).

15 & Under: Not the best scoring result for us today unfortunately but we tried our best! Thank you to the 13s for filling in for us today you both played awesome! I loved our energy in the last quarter we really lied and started just to have fun. Best players goes to Lily Foster (Fasta Pasta), and Rahni Janeway (Zambreros).

17 & Under: Great game today girls. We were a bit unseled going into the first half but really kicked into gear going into the second half to push our score line margin out to 33. Really great defensive efforts from our whole team but special menon to Hayley for her great blocking and hands over ball for the whole game really making it difficult for her player to get possession. And special

menon to Becky for shoong 42 of our 56 goals for the game, showing how much of a focal point she is and special menon to how great our feeds were from all our girls today too. Best players: Hayley McInnesKarlie Jade, Becky DuivenvoordeShe's Apples.

B Reserve: Well done girls, what a great game today. The wind was certainly making its presence felt but you held your ground and played to the condions. We worked hard all game but noced a change in the second half where we lied and worked the ball around to our advantage. Zoe played well on her return working hard through the centre, Julie & Marnee also gave it their all running strong through the mid court. Izzy & Courtney started strong in defence with a lot of pressure on the goalies. Courtney then changed ends and worked well in the goal ring with Amber as did Tamika for her half in GS. Tamika ended the game in defence and got a touch on most of the balls and was able to turn over quite a few missed shots. Izzy, the lighter tapping is working, so keep it up. Well done everyone on a great team effort today. Thanks again to Thalia for benching and stepping up when Zoe came off, you did a great job. Well done. Awards: Tamika – Green Door, Amber – Kirralie Jade Makeup & Laser and Julie – San Piero.

B Grade: While we didn't get the win today, from where I was sing, I thought the girls did really well. Aside from the blustery condions (it was SO cold), the girls had their work cut out for them against a strong Kalangadoo team, but fought hard. The mid-court had some great passages of play and it was good to see lots of short passes and use of easy opons. The 2 J's in goals (Jas and Jess) did really well and Jess did lots of work in the mid-court too. Milla had a cracker of a game and the defence girls worked relessly all day We welcomed back Scouty Elshaug for a half and it was good to see her zippiness back on court. In short, while we didn't get the win, I thought the girls played great together in prey rubbish condions. Awards: Jess Moelder (Bunnings) and Milla Buckingham (the Spot). Go Hawks!

A Reserve: Tough game today. Lots of new faces in the team who stepped up and gave their all. This week come prepped and ready for a big week of training and working on our connecons. Best players: Ebony (South Eastern) & Chloe (Kiralee Jade Makeup & Laser).

A Grade: It was a rough game today girls. Nothing seemed to go our way, but I appreciate everyone's ability to run the game out. We need to focus on looking aer each other and playing our game. I am opmisc about next week and am sure we will train hard and look forward to a strong game next weekend. Best went to Ebony Lawson (Bunnings) and Rach Perry (Confessions).

Junior 1: Our junior 1 girls just connue to improve and grow in confidence. Once we remembered to keep coming forward for the ball there were some fantasc passages of play all the way down the court. Defence worked relessly all day to keep turning the ball over and aack capitalised on these turnovers. Harper ran an amazing game at C and WA and earned the Fasta Pasta award. Emily’s confidence is improving quickly and she intercepted heaps of balls for which she took home the Lollipop award. We welcomed back Jorja who played a strong game in goals earning the McDonalds award. Well done everyone.

Junior 2: Our mini magpies played well in very windy and wet condions yet again. The girls are really thinking about the space and had some great passages of play Defence throughout the whole court was amazing, and now to work on aack and move forward to the ball. Best on court went to Ariella and Zali both with impressive games.

13 & Under: A great team effort with players playing in unfamiliar posions and working hard to win their spots. Everyone worked hard and the desire to win the ball was impressive. Tekani got heaps of intercepts and the whole team supported him each other in the wet and windy condions. A solid team performance with strong work from Emmity in goals.

15 & Under: Another wet and wild game for our 15’s. Right from the first whistle we applied ght defence and didn’t let up all game. Our 2 13’s Ava and Molly are consistent every week and we appreciate them being so supporve and just get their jobs done. Shayden (Boost) shot with great accuracy in a day that was beer suited to defenders and was well supported by Lucy and Kiersten. Maya (Muffin Break) picked off many balls and played a controlled game. As always Chloe and Zoe worked relessly giving us opon driving out of defence and geng their hands to many balls. Well done girls.

17 & Under: We thought we may have had some red girls aer being all glammed up for the Deb Ball the night before but they swapped their fancy dress for their netball dresses with ease. Harmony (Melzars) played a fantasc game at GD and Ash and Jenna backed her up beaufully. We had some brilliant patches of play but unfortunately failed to convert making the score line not a true reflecon of the game. Molly (Globe) made some great leads and passes and used her voice to let her team mates know she was there. Georgia and Eb played their usual strong and consistent games and never gave up. Allara aer having a stack sll took the C bib with a smile... or was it a

grimace? And connued to use her voice and work hard all down the court. Thanks Lucy for stepping on and Maya for sing bench.

B Reserve: Great persistence was shown through very windy condions. Our defence was ght all game resulng in a lot of turn overs all across the court. Brianna (Kirralie Jade Makeup and Laser) and Gemma (Sheltons Butchers) communicated well in the defensive circle and took a lot of strong rebounds. Midcourt moved well and backed each other up in both aack and defence, chasing all the loose balls and pung their opponents under a lot of pressure. Jodi (BFT) was strong in the goal circle along with Maddy and Maddi. Although it wasn’t the best day to be a goalie the girls shot well.

B Grade: It was an extremely cold and windy day at Kongorong. Our defence worked relessly to produce many turnovers. We were able to put pressure on all down the court which was great to see! Bel and Rhi combined well in rough shoong condions. Lets connue to build and boost each other up. A big thank you to Ebony for filling in and Ange and Maya for sing bench. We couldn’t do it without your support. Best players Deb (Chemmart Pharmacy) and Ebony (Café Melzars).

A Reserve: A very convincing win today in some very rough condions. Georgia and Re improved their telepathy every quarter and had some great communicaon. Georgia and Gina are geng their goaly groove and posioning and moving well together. The mid court flowed a lot beer this week and Shayden was bought into the game seamlessly by our experienced players. The long awaited return of Mel in the last quarter was excing for everyone and we were pleased to see her back on the court in fine form, direcng young Georgia to have a big impact in the last also. Best: ReBFT and Georgia - Sheltons Butcher

A Grade: Solid effort once again in blustery condions. Lara and Loz connue to develop as a unit and worked relessly to restrict scoring opportunies, on a defenders day Pleasingly Jane’s vision has improved and we look forward to her seeing what we can see. Thank you to Shanae who capably sloed in and was effecve in taking intercepts and transioning the ball. Eb wasn’t phased by the windy condions and Abbey coming of a so launch was exact in her pre moves to align herself in shoong range. Once again thanks to Mel, Judy, Kirsty, Georgia, Sophie and our second favourite for their support and encouragement on the sidelines. Best players: Lara (Australia Fish Market), Abbey and Lauren (Sheltons Butchers).

A Grade: Robe 33 def by Tantanoola 43. We always have a tough game against Tant and know we have to fight hard to the end, to everyone's credit - we did fight hard. It was just the second quarter that let us down. When we played controlled netball - we found our feet and worked beer as a team. It was great to see us come out firing in the third quarter and win it convincingly - a special menon to Geo for keeping her GS scoreless in the third. Bring on this weekend. Calcua went to Georgia (Caledonian Inn) and incenve to Halle (Loaves & Fishes).

A Reserve: Robe 46 def Tantanoola 24. The reserves are half way through the season and not slowing down anyme soon! The first quarter they came out firing, blocking scoring opportunies for Tant. Good job to Kim and Alannah for their strong defence in the circle! The girls were paent in transioning the ball into the circle, with the shooters having to work hard to get past the strong defenders from Tant. In aack the team adapted quickly to the windy and wet condions, coming in front and holding onto a strong lead for the game! Calcua went to Ash (Steve's Place) and incenve to Alannah (Union Café).

B Grade: Robe 34 def Tantanoola 28. Today was always going to be a big day against Tant. We were down by 2 against a determined side at the first break, I saw the girls were fighng not only on the court but in their heads too. It was me for the “it's gunna be a tough game” spiel. At half me the Beezers were reminded that it was me to li, get our balance and play our game. We were then down by 1 at 3/4 me. Learning to fight to win when a game is tough is a hard thing to do. But you all lied, switched the right gear on, and took it to them because you didn't want to lose. Proud as punch. I could see it was the best feeling. And I almost lost my voice. The defence astonish me with their touches and intercepts, the pressure in the mid court was full on, and our goalies took no prisoners with their fight for the ball. Calcua to our mighty mouse George (The Eighth Leer Bungalow). Incenves to “don't mess with me” Keelin and “let me rale them” Jadeo (Holiday).

B Reserve: Robe 33 def Tantanoola 21. Well done girls! What a ripper game. Aer losing

to Tant by 30 points in round 1 we came out wanng to prove how much we have grown and improved as a team. Everyone played so amazingly it was hard to choose who got the incenves. Welcome back to Soph who has been off travelling. Calcua went to Emma (The Pastry Place) and Incenve to Mahalia (Naracoorte Sportspower).

17 & Under: Robe 33 def by Tantanoola 43. Well done girls! What a cracker, everyone went out with a posive atude and it showed. Coming up against some tall girls, our girls made sure they were in front in the ring. Charlie had a great game in WD with some great intercepts which awarded her the best player (Union Café). Georgie had a hard game with a tough opponent in GA, she stood her own the whole game this awarded her incenve (Hook & Harvest). A special menon to Sienna who had a cracker of a game in GS, she made sure to use her voice and get in front. Another special menon to Lexy who stood her own in GK against a very strong and talented GS.

15 & Under: Robe 50 def Tantanoola 21. What a great game! It was a strong start with a couple of quick turnovers which put us out in front and we managed to hold the lead throughout the game. A very big thank you to Makenzie and Kiana for your help today was great to have you on the team. Best player went to our GA Mille (Robe Seafood & Takeaway), with incenve going to C Kaitley (Denton Sportspower) – you both had a great game. You all worked so well together as a team and should be proud of your efforts and teamwork, it paid off and you came away with the win! Well done.

13 & Under: Robe 6 def by Tantanoola 23. The girls started out a lile slow trying to find their feet, literally. Slippery courts meant the girls were very cauous. They had some great passages of play all the way down the court. A big thank you to Kaitley Brooks and Alexis Roach for there fantasc effort and help today. Best player went to Saskia (Union Café) for a ripper game in defence. Incenve went to Lilly Morris (Salubrious Hour) for trying a new posion and owning it. Well done girls.

13 & Under: How excing coming away with our third win for the season. It was a very cold and windy day down at Robe. We started off really strong and remembered short passes, playing front and being paent with the ball. Our defensive line created many turnovers today with ght pressure in the mid court and defensive circle. Our goalies were able to capitalise creang a good lead by half me. We were able to have some fun and give some posions that we don't usually play a go. Well done girls you should all feel very proud with how your netball is progressing! Awards: Jaycie & Renae.

15 & Under: Another cold and windy day but the rain managed to hold off ll the end of our game. I feel we were a bit flat in the first half but aer half me with a few posional changes I could see the want for the ball. I loved our defence pressure from our aack end in the second half. Some good things from Bethan today receiving the Gino's award always there, using her voice & backing up. Summah got the McDonald's award for her good dodges & defence on her player. Astyn also McDonald's award for her ght defence, intercepons & ball chase. Keep working hard!

17 & Under: Another tough day in the weather but we were lucky enough to miss the rain (except the warm up). We took home the points this week with a hard fought game by all. Holly, your hands over ball pressure is excellent and got so many ps throughout the game. Charli, as well, your blocking out aer the shot is geng beer each week and drive down court is great to watch. Kaitlin, your defensive pressure is great, you also got put in aack this week and you played well and fed well to the goalies. Demi, your ming and leads are perfect and you are providing so much in the aack line. Ebs, a different game for you but you smashed it in goals. Bella, another consistent game by you, your direcon and play making is amazing to watch. Kailah, a solid game again, aacking the ball hard and blocking your player in defence is great. Molly, you played a ripper down both ends of the court and provided many turnovers for the team. This weeks best players went to Molly Cushion and Ebony Cytrowski. On to the next one!

B Reserve: Bad luck girls Robe

outplayed us all down the court, we had numerous turnovers in the defence so we must capitalise and finish it off. Let's go out this week with a different mindset to get the win! Tiger club award: Ffion and F45: Kimberly

B Grade: What a nail biter of a game, aer losing to Robe in the first round the girls were determined to come out and show Robe what we have improved upon and what we are made of. The enre game was a constant bale that went back and forth of which we were able to stay in front for 3/4 of the game. Unfortunately in the last quarter Robe just wanted it more and really ramped up their game play. Our girls fought hard and gave it a red hot crack only losing by a few goals. Best player went to two girls who never gave up, worked incredible together and constantly turned the ball over in our defending end. Danni Rutkowski and Kristy Varcoe.

A Reserve: In what was another day of terrible condions for netball we had a game we could make numerous changes to find what will work. A few good passages of play throughout the game showed the improvement in our team. Shelby scoring majority of the goals under immense pressure. We welcomed back Michelle from her wrist injury and had an immediate impact linking the ball through. Krystal, Madi and Dakota taking up the mid court and applying pressure. Defensive end of Lucy and Bianca cleaned up any missed shots and sent it back to the aack end. Leah moved into the goal end and created lots of movement allowing an easier pass in. Best: Shelby - Sassi, Michelle - F45.

A Grade: There was a number of great transions down court and our second quarter showed what we are capable of producing as a team. We do need to believe more in our own and each others ability and be able to push on for four quarters. Tayla received the Alternate Life award having a great game, taking plenty of rebounds and great intercepts. Our full court defence pressure was pleasing to see and Tayla, Kate, Casey and Kate made sure each entry into the circle was earnt. Emma shot well in windy condions and combined nicely with Keryl. Jami (Tantanoola Club Award) used her speed and posioned well.

Junior 2: We are halfway through the season and you girls have all improved so much. In windy condions you all worked hard to have strong, short passes. Zoe and Breanna's drive down court and feeding into the circle to help the goalers, and open up space. Great defensive pressure by Stacey and Charloe in Nangwarry's goal third, but also by each and everyone of you! The pressure down court, hands over ball certainly makes a difference! Some changes were made at half me, Olivia going back to the defence end and Ashlee into the goals. This change saw the girls create a greater lead heading into the final quarter. ROUND 10 A GRADE NETBALL REVIEW

Glencoe 51 def Pt MacDonnell 39

Glencoe and Port MacDonnell faced off at the Murphies home courts in what looked to be an intriguing bale. Aer only falling short to the reigning premiers by five goals in their first round encounter, the Bay came out ready to cause an upset, however the inclusion of Glencoe’s Jenna Paproth from that first clash loomed as another challenge.

The Murphies came out the blocks the more seled side. Their aack line worked with paence to find their way to circle edge and feed to the likes of Chantelle Cocks and Jenna Paproth with great precision, making it hard for the Bay defenders to have an early impact on the game. Down the other end of the court the goalie combinaon of Megan Hein and Kori Collins took longer to adjust to the ght checking of the Murphies’ defence. Some early missed goals and forced pressure passing set up an early lead for the Glencoe side. As the quarter wore on the Port Mac defenders lied their intensity to win back some much needed ball for their side, however they were unable to stop the strength of Cocks under the post, who scored nine goals from 10 aempts to start the game. The Murphies headed into the first break leading 15 to 10.

The Bay’s playing coach Hein came out to impress in the second quarter. She led by example in the aack end receiving plenty of ball to set up play and be a focal point under the post. With her goalie partner Collins finding it difficult to get into a scoring opportunity under the lied pressure of Glencoe’s Sarah Edwards, the leadership of Hein kept Port Mac in the game. The Glencoe aack end connued their dominance with youngster Alice Tentye taking on the bulk of centre pass receives and working her way onto circle edge despite the immense pressure being applied by the Bay’s Kate Faint. The defensive combinaon of Alana Berkefeld and Alysha Coon connued to apply pressure and contest any high balls entering the Glencoe goal circle. When the Bay did gain turnover ball they struggled to transion through court with the Murphies Donna Jaeschke, Chloe Pfitzner and Edwards clogging up the middle third and forcing the Bay into long cross court opons. Similarly to the first, Glencoe extended their lead by another five goals.

Port Mac made some changes to start the second half; bringing the fresh legs of Shannon Scheidl into the Centre, which moved Liza Mutch into Wing Defence and Faint to the bench. Glencoe remained unchanged. Coon began to find her feet and limit the easy opon of Cocks under the post for Glencoe. Her pressure forced some wayward passing from the Glencoe feeders which allowed Port Mac more ball in hand. Hein connued to dominate under the post and regained her connecon with Collins to convert more evenly Paproth had to increase her work load in aack to find the front space and draw the double team off Cocks. In a much more even contest Port Mac won the quarter by two goals.

Heading into the final term the Port Mac team came out loud in an aempt to disrupt the calm of the Murphy side. The Bay made another change with defenders Berkefeld and Coon swapping bibs. In a scrappy final quarter the Murphies were able to get the beer of the Bay with a strong defensive line up. Port Mac struggled to gain any ground heading down court with the pressure amplified by Glencoe. Chelsea Owen got the beer of Hein in the final quarter and contested any passes in her vicinity. Pfitzner also began to reap the rewards of her hard blocking game with some mely intercepts. In the end the full court pressure from Glencoe overran the fighng Bay side taking the game 51 goals to 39.

Best players - Glencoe: Jenna Paproth, Alice Tentye; Port MacDonnell: Liza Mutch, Alysha Coon.

Kongorong 21 lost to Kalangadoo 87

Kalangadoo take on the young Hawks at home. The first quarter of the game saw both the Magpies and Hawks go hard at the ball with Kongorong turning over the first ball of the game to score but the Magpies quickly seled aer, moving the ball well and converng accurately. Jayde Peacock for Kalangadoo was on from the second the first whistle blew, working hard with the drive and feeding to Ebony McDiarmid who was accurate under the post. With the Hawks looking nervous in the first quarter, the Magpies were able to capitalise well giving them a 15 goal lead heading into the first break.

The second quarter saw the wind not backing off, with the defensive line-ups for both teams have a real good crack across the court. Abbey Duncan for the Magpies and Riley Buckingham for the Hawks baled hard in the circle, both at mes being influenal for their respecve sides through the second term. Lara Munro found herself out having a good look at the ball, giving her side plenty of turnover opportunies. The Hawks eventually seled up in the second quarter with Ebony Lawson moving to Centre and bringing some composure to the Hawks young aack but their hard work wasn’t able to convert to the scoreboard where the strong Kalangadoo ouit pushed their lead out by 17 at half me with the Magpies 43 to Kongorong 10.

The Hawks went into the third quarter with work to do, with defensive pressure lied all over for Kongorong, but it wasn’t enough to run over Kalangadoo who also found a new gear aer the halime break. Chloe Peacock in Wing Aack worked overme for the Magpies both on the offensive and defensive while Duncan connued to control the game down the aack line. This quarter also saw Lauren Kain out for a hunt at Goal Defence and provided more opportunies for her side, leading the Magpies to outscore the Hawks 21 to 4 as they worked the ball down the court fast and with accuracy

Both teams connued to fight hard defensively up either end as the windy condions didn’t ease up. Munro connued down the defensive end for Kalangadoo working overme for her side whilst Lawson and J. Peacock both didn’t ease up pace in a thrilling contest down the court. Rach Perry seled well into Goal Defence whilst Buckingham went to the bench but McDiarmid took the opportunity of a new combo to her advantage where she sloed 16 for the quarter and it was Kalangadoo that could ran away with it in the wind and pick themselves up the win. Final score Kalangadoo 87 - 21 Kongorong.

Best players - Kongorong: Ebony Lawson, Rach Perry; Kalangadoo: Lara Munro, Abbey Duncan.

Mt Burr 38 def Nangwarry 20

Mt Burr had key goal shooter Ebony Clark and cocoach Simone Westerman unavailable for this game. Youngster Ashlee Dean came into the side for her second game of the season.

It was a closely contested first quarter with both teams taking me to sele in goals. The defensive pressure of Mt Burr’s Megan Thiele caused passing errors. Thiele was also able to take strong rebounds and drove strongly down court. Ella Easterby and Laura Schultz presented well and fed their goalies with accuracy in windy condions. Both teams had missed shots which meant it was a very defensive quarter. Nangwarry’s Goal Keeper Kayla Gray took rebounds and made Mount Burr Goal Shooter Olivia Dean have to work hard to gain possession. Mount Burr lead the quarter 11 – 6.

Nangwarry’s Gray made the most of her height, again taking rebounds from the Burr’s missed shots. Mt Burr’s Schultz and Easterby created immense pressure in Nangwarry’s aack line aer a turnover, regaining possession before Nangwarry managed to reach their aacking goal third. They combined well to make circle edge and fed goalies with accuracy. Nangwarry Goal Shooter Tahlia Wilson was the focal point in the Nangwarry goal

circle, working hard to make posion around the ght defensive pressure of Thiele and Caitlyn Payne. Olivia Dean and Lauren Wheeler connued to rotate the Burr goal circle gaining possession. They struggled in the condions to make the possessions count, even when taking strong rebounds. The quarter saw both teams take defensive possessions to keep the quarter quite even. Mount Burr headed into the main break with an eight goal lead.

Both teams made changes, but the most notable was the return of O. Dean to Goal Keeper and A. Dean to Goal Shooter. This immediately made an impact for the Burr. Schultz at centre and Thiele at Goal Defence caused mulple turnovers to help Mt Burr score a few goals in a row. Thiele and O. Dean limited opportunies for Wilson to gain possession. Hayley Vanderhorst Goal Aack worked both outside and inside the circle to gain possession. Goal Shooter in Wilson was the main focal point, but O. Dean made it difficult for feeders to penetrate. Cassie Dinnison and Claire Ferguson worked hard to feed goalies from circle edge but aempts of goalies to get closer to the post, allowed Mt Burr to take possession of the ball. Mt Burr had many more shots at goal this quarter compared to Nangwarry, helping the Burr to a handy 9 goal lead.

Mt Burr lied their intensity in the final quarter with more accurate shoong helping them extend their lead early in the quarter. Mt Burr’s defensive pressure and the drive and strength of Shultz through the centre allowed goalies to gain possession. Nangwarry Goal Defender Carly Ploenges created pressure in the circle geng ps on balls, but the deflecons landed in Mt Burr’s hands. A Dean and Wheeler had to work the ball closer to the post through the paence of Schultz and Easterby. Despite the efforts of Dinnison and Ferguson to drive the ball forward, O. Dean and Thiele connued to force errors and make Wilson work hard to gain possession, liming scoring opportunies for Nangwarry. Mt Burr were too strong in the last quarter to run away with an 18 goal win.

Robe 33 lost to Tantanoola 43

In what was to be the game of the round with third and fourth fighng for the win, we were up against some tough wintery condions in Robe. The first quarter was hotly contested with Emma Gould and Keryn Ousey combining well in Tant's goal circle, making it hard for Robe's Georgia Perkins and Emma Grant to get their hands on a ball. However, Robe had great defensive pressure down the court and were able to get a few turnovers and score from them. A very even first quarter with Tant winning the quarter by one goal.

The second quarter saw both teams with no changes. The Tigers dominated the quarter, with accurate shoong from Gould and Ousey, while Robe struggled to get the ball into their goalies and were up against some strong rebounding from Tant's Tayla Rowe. Tant running away with the lead - scoring 18 to Robe's 4 goals.

Half me saw a couple of changes from both sides, with Tant's goalies Gould and Ousey swapping, and Robe's Halle Carter going into GA, Ellen Ramke taking WD and Tori Gluyas taking the bench. Robe came out firing and played a much more controlled game, with Demi and Halle Carter moving well in the circle and Demi shoong with a lot more confidence and accuracy for the quarter. Down the other end Perkins shut down Ousey - keeping her scoreless for the quarter. Robe winning the quarter 12 to 7.

The last quarter saw no changes to either team, with both teams fighng hard for the win - both teams scoring 8 goals each. With the final score being 43 to 33 in Tantanoola's favour

Best players - Robe: Georgia Perkins, Halle Carter; Tantanoola: Tayla Rowe, Jami Walker

Best players - Mt Burr: Laura Schultz, Ashlee Dean; Nangwarry: Carly Ploenges, Hayley Vanderhorst. Round 10 at Kongorong saw the strong ouit of
