As 2020 comes to a close, we look back on all the accomplishments we have made. Working in our make shift home offices, learning how to make Zoom calls with our family we haven't seen in a while, and making the best out of what this year has handed to us. As we enter December we want to make sure you know how special you are to the TwoMoveYou family. We are holding a holiday contest for both the adults and kids! We will also give you helpful tips to decorate your home for the holidays! In this newsletter you can catch up on how we did this year and how we gave back to our community. We have launched our new APP to keep you up-dated on real estate information. Best of all, when you list your home, the APP tracks your booked appointments, shows feedback from showings, and give up-to date stats on the progress of your sale. The APP also has built in checklists and to-do lists from us, links to all of our industry professionals and a link to your own webpage featuring your house. The social share feature allows you to share your selling experience with all of your friends and family. It's fun and innovative! Every year we raise fuds to help children and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer. In fact, that’s one of the main reasons we keep in touch with you with these informative updates. So how can you help? We are excited to announce that we have raised over $10,000 this year for charity. By August we surpassed our goal of $2,500, all with your help and loyalty. How to enter the kids contest! We wanted to come up with a way to bring the magic back to the holidays, and what we missed the most was writing letters to Santa! On the next page we included a coloring page for your little one to color in!

Victoria Carter– Broker Victoria recently became a Broker with Century 21 and just opened a new "TwoMoveYou Guaranteed Real Estate Services" location to service clients as far east as Brighton! She is a former teacher of 23 years and uses her skills to patiently guide her clients through purchasing and selling of real estate. She has 3 University degrees, and additional education in interior decoration/design, property management, and property appraisal. Over the holiday season she will be working on her new hobby...puzzles!
