• Si prega di arrivare all’appuntamento 15 minuti prima dell’orario prefissato al fine di compilare un modulo confidenziale, personalizzare e verificare eventuali controindicazioni del trattamento. Si ricorda che presentarsi in ritardo limiterà la durata della seduta.

Come procedere all’esperienza in sauna

Per gli adulti si consiglia di fare una doccia ed entrare nell’ambiente secco per circa 10 minuti. Dopodiché, procedere con un’ulteriore doccia fredda e rilassarsi sui lettini con i piedi più in alto della testa per il doppio del tempo trascorso in sauna, così da favorire il ricircolo fisiologico del sangue ed evitare cali di pressione.
