How children are equipped to respond to emotional challenges today impacts their future success as adults. Children have fun learning various research-backed coping skills, like deep breathing, self-regulation skills, and age-appropriate mindfulness techniques. Littles are invited to explore which ones work best during their time of need, all through play! The class includes a one-year subscription to the Wondergrade app and a set of Wondergrade mindfulness cards for families to continue practicing at home.
