Ter m 6 - 2 02 2 As we head into the last term of the academic year we are continuing to provide a wide variety of training opportunities, both online and face to face to support schools and settings. The information in this update provides a summary of all current training opportunities for this term and we are in the process of adding courses and events for autumn 2022. You will be able to find information on all school courses here. Do you want to share good practice and be given the time to reflect on a variety of topics tailored to your teams? This FREE session for Kent schools is designed to do just that, collating important information at key points over the year, as well as giving heads of department or any who have leadership responsibility in the team, a chance to explore a range of pertinent topics.

This is session six of a series of six sessions for early career teachers. Based on the work of Barek Rosenshine and others, such as John Sweller and Dylan Wiliam, each session considers the evidence of what can work well in the English classroom to make learning happen. From modelling, to retrieval, to how we can make to most of our formative assessment practices, effective practice is considered in relation to the evidence.
A termly opportunity for professionals to receive updates from the Local Authority and other key professionals on ongoing projects, key information and sharing good practise.
