REGISTER AND FILL OUT YOUR APPLICATION FORM

ACCOUNT CREATION

Click this button to get started.

Use a personal email address where you will receive all the information related to your admission process. Make sure it is a personal account and consider that the email address must be different from the email address you will use for the parent or guardian and the person responsible for payment. Follow the instructions on the screen and fill out* all the required fields in order to proceed.

*Remember to fill out your information as it appears on your birth certificate.

Once you have filled in all the required information, accept the privacy notice and terms and conditions. Click on CREATE MY ACCOUNT to accept the account creation.

To validate your email you will receive a verification code that you must type in this screen. Then click on VALIDATE CODE.

To access the admission process site use the email address you provided and the password you created in the previous steps.

FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION

When you enter the site click on Start your application.

The first thing you will be asked is the level to which you wish to apply. As you make your selection, the following questions will appear.

Select the entry period in which you plan to begin your studies, as well as the campus you wish to enter.

You will then be asked for the academic program you wish to enter. Select and click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

The next step is to fill in your personal information. The fields marked with * are required. The cell phone number you provide must be different from that of the parent or guardian and the person responsible for payment.

If you wish to make changes to the level or academic period, you will need to request support in the Request help chat.

The next step is to upload your identity documents. On the screen you will see the types of documents and files accepted for this requirement. You will need your birth certificate, an official ID and a photograph (optional). Check that the files you have attached are correct, because when you click SAVE AND CONTINUE the document review process begins and you will not be able to modify what you have sent.

Select your school in the first list, in case you do not find it, select the box below and you will be able to write the name of your school. On the screen you will see the list of documents that you can submit depending on the stage of studies you are in. Review your documents, because when you click on SAVE AND CONTINUE, the document review process begins and you will not be able to modify them.

The guardian information is only filled out if your parental rights are held by someone other than your parents.

In the next section you will be asked to provide information about your family.

You will also be asked for the information of the person responsible for payment.

If you are a minor, you must provide information of an adult who will accompany you in your admission process, it can be your father, mother or guardian*.

If you are of legal age, you will be able to decide whether to provide your parent’s or guardian’s information. You must provide information about who will be responsible for the payment of your tuition.

You will need to provide information on who will be responsible for paying your tuition.

It can be one of the contacts you already provided in the family information section or a different one.

Once you have provided all the information requested, you will be able to submit your application. In case you are a minor, it will be necessary that the family member who accompanies you in the process validates the information shared. For which you will receive an email. In the following page you will find the process that your companion must follow.

You will go to the Submit Application section. Before submitting your application, verify that all sections have a green indicator. Click Send.

Once your accompanying family member has accepted the application information, you will need to log back into your application to submit it.

Your information has been sent, the next step in your process will be to complete the admission requirements. Click CONTIUE.

When the family member accompanying you in your admission process receives the email, he/she will be taken to this page where he/she must confirm the information you provided.

Select from the list whether or not you recognize the applicant and click CONTINUE.

The accompanying family member must review or validate the data requested on the screen.

In addition to your information, you will need to confirm what you filled out on your application such as the level, campus and program you are applying to. After reviewing and accepting the privacy notice and the admissions process, click SAVE AND CONTINUE. You will then see a screen indicating that your information has been received. After submitting your application, you will no longer be able to make direct changes to the information fields you share with us.

MAIL AND PHONE UPDATE If you wish to change your email or phone number (yours or your family members’), you will need to do it in the following way: The current information and the field to enter the new information will appear. Once you have entered the data, click on Request Change of Information.

* You will have to go through this same process for the different changes you require, either for you or your people related to the admission process. Go to the bottom, click on the button: REQUEST DATA CHANGE.

DIGITAL AUTOGRAPH SIGNATURE

We have a digital autographic signature process that allows the signature of the documents of the process. To ensure the correct completion of this step it is required to be done on a laptop or computer, the equipment must have a working camera

and microphone, as well as sharing your location during the signing process. The corresponding permissions for the process will be requested, click on Continue.

This screen shows the name of the document to be signed, as well as the order in which the necessary people will sign it and the status of each signature. Click on Sign.

Next, the admission process document will appear. Once it has been read, click on Sign document.

The next step is to read and accept the Digital Signature privacy notice. Click on the box to accept the privacy notice and then click Continue.

About FAD Representation: In case of acting on behalf of a minor, a birth certificate or official document must be presented where the personality of the parent or guardian is accredited; in case of acting on behalf of a third party of legal age, the power of attorney must be attached where the powers to act on behalf of the minor are accredited; powers to act on behalf of the same. You will then be prompted for permissions to access your computer’s camera and microphone. Click Allow. The camera will turn on and you will have to draw your signature in the signature box.

Once the signature is done, you will be taken to the document signature confirmation. On this same page you will be able to see the status of the signatures required for the admission process.

One hour after you have signed your signature, you will receive an email to the family member accompanying you in the process to sign your digital autograph signature in the same way.

The next step is to pay for your admission process. This fee is non-refundable in case you are not admitted or decide not to continue with your process.

You will be able to request an invoice, for which you will need to enter the data where indicated on the screen. Click on Make payment to continue.

You will see the payment options on the screen , select the one that best suits your needs and follow the instructions on the screen.

INTEGRATE YOUR FILE

ESSAY AND RESUME In order to get to know you better, we will ask you to share a resume with us. You will be able to do so in this section, where you will find questions that will guide you to make your resume as complete as possible. You can include face-to-face and online participations from 2019 to date.

You can save your progress in filling out the questions by using the SAVE button below. When you have finished filling out the form, click SAVE & SUBMIT.

In the essay section we want to know what has led you to be the person you are today and your expectations. You can save the information and return later to edit it. In order to be able to perform the partial save it is necessary that in all the questions you have included some wording in the answer field.

IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS In this step you need to attach an official ID of your father, mother or guardian in pdf format. You will need to do the same for the person responsible for payment, in case they are different persons.

SCHEDULE AND SUBMIT YOUR TESTS ACADEMIC APTITUDE TEST (PAA) To fulfill this requirement you can take the Academic Aptitude Test at your campus or if you have already taken one and have proof of the result you can attach it. You can take the SAT, which is equivalent to the PAA, and then upload your proof of your score here.

Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

We have several tools for you to prepare for the Academic Aptitude Test, which you can see on the screen. To see the day and time options to take your test, select your campus and then click on Reserve in the line of the option that best 28

suits your needs. On the next screen you will confirm your selection.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PLACEMENT TEST

Consult the test options authorized by Tec de Monterrey to pass this requirement.

Knowing your English language proficiency is part of your process. You can submit our placement test, or if you already have proof you can attach it. Once submitted, the voucher will be reviewed to evaluate your result.

If you decide to take the exam, select the option of your choice from the drop-down list.

KNOW YOUR ADMISSION RESULT

Once you have completed the process, you will know the date of delivery of your admission result. On that day, the Admissions Committee will issue the decision of your process in the same site of Solicitud Tec. The date will depend on when you complete all your requirements. The decision of the Admissions Committee is final and the selection process is private and

confidential so Tecnológico de Monterrey reserves the reasons for the admission decision. Remember that the committee may ask you for additional requirements or update any of the ones you have already submitted (take another test, update your GPA, or any additional requirements).
