PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE Over the past 5 years Team BRIT has grown exponentially. We now support 8 x drivers across 3 x championships. This is set to expand later this year with an additional 4 x drivers joining the programme. With our racing academy and E sports team all needing space it is fair to say we have outgrown our current rented premises. We want to acquire our own headquarters to create a permanent base for the team and ensure we have room to grow. I am pleased to say we have found a suitable building. It has room for multiple race bays ensuring it can meet our current requirements and also provide capacity for the future. It also has room for a world first, a disabled sim centre of excellence where we will have multiple sims connected allowing for race events and training for all our drivers in house. It will also double as a great location for sponsor events. In addition, the building will have office space and meeting room which will also be available to be used by sponsors if required. There is fantastic access and parking both front and rear for multiple vehicles including our transporters. We have secured a guarantor for the mortgage and are now looking to secure investors to cover the deposit and capital required for the improvements.

The plan is for the building to be carbon neutral taking advantage of the extensive roof space for solar and working with the latest suppliers to ensure we only use the most efficient products from insulation to state of the art LED lighting.
