General Information In 2022 FSC updated the FSC Annual Administration Fee and Frequently Asked Questions. As part of the policy revision, there is a requirement that the certification body must assess the overall plausibility of the FPT. In addition, we are also required to: 1. Determine the exact FPT for each individual site(s) included in the scope of certification 2. Calculate the AAF for single and multi-site processors and traders based on the aggregated FPT of the site(s) included in the scope of certification To support these changes, we will be issuing an AAF Self-Declaration annually. For all multi-site certifications, please complete the FPT for each site. Once completed, your AAF will be calculated based on the aggregated FPT for all sites. For single and multi-site Processors/traders, a fee will be calculated based on the aggregated Forest Products Turnover of the site(s) included in the scope of certification according to the steps set out in Annex 2 of the AAF policy Definitions: Forest Products Turnover (FPT): means the Revenue of all certified and uncertified forest products and products containing wood or fibre components (i.e., all wood products, pulp and paper products, and non-timber forest products according to FSC-STD-40-004a). Revenue: means the total revenue of an organization derived from the provision of goods and services, less trade discounts, VAT and any other Taxes based on this Revenue. This is also less intracompany sales (i.e. after any consolidation where a financial group is existing). Revenue refers to the most recently completed fiscal year and means the total Revenue, which is the exact number to the nearest whole number.
