We have seen a peaked interest in pizza ovens this year. We are delighted to be introducing a pizza top that can be used with any BBQ and a stand-alone pizza oven that is a perfect addition to any pizza party!

Garden Furniture We are excited to be launching our new range of garden furniture. The range will include smaller space saving sets for the balcony or smaller gardens, to a variety of rattan and aluminium sets for more spacious gardens. The range will also consist of a number of new designs that can be used both inside and outside the home. We have already received a number of containers of furniture, so we are in a great position to get the season set up early.
Furniture Material Aluminium
Aluminium framed furniture is rustproof, lightweight, easy to clean and requires no treatment or painting.
Steel / Iron
Steel & iron furniture achieves a classic look with a strong and durable construction. It is heavy duty and sturdy; however, this product will rust if it is left out unprotected.
Rattan / Synthetic Rattan
A timeless look that works well in any garden. A minimal maintenance product that is resistant to frost and water. It is recommended that it is kept covered when not in use to prevent colour fading from UV (Ultra Violet) rays. Always note if the frame is steel or aluminium, as a steel frame may rust if left unprotected.

Resin
For a more affordable choice Resin Garden Furniture is the way to go. Lightweight, minimal maintenance, easy to clean and weather resistant.
Wood
Wooden Garden furniture works well in any garden; however, it does require regular treatment with a preservative.

Barbecues
Barbecues
Our BBQ range has grown year after year and this year is no different. This year we are introducing a dual fuel BBQ that allows you to enjoy the speed of cooking with gas but the flavour of cooking with charcoal. We are also excited to introduce pizza ovens to our range. This includes a pizza top that is a premium BBQ accessory that turns your gas or charcoal BBQ into an outdoor gourmet pizza oven. As well as this, we are introducing a standalone pizza oven to the range that is fuelled by wood pellets, which provides consistent heat and high heat, perfect for making delicious pizzas. Due to popular demand, the Weber Q2000 will be back this year with plenty of stock ordered in time for for BBQ season. We also have a range of BBQ accessories coming in to drive those link sales. A planogram will be provided for these. As in previous years, we will also be rolling out BBQ stands to stores.
Sahara Stand Selected stores will also recieve a Sahara BBQ stand, which will be delivered to stores early March More stands are available, if any other store feels that they could facilitate a stand in your store please contact the Gardening Team. gardeningKitchenBathroom@woodies.ie Please note the stand is 5 x 2m and can be reduced to 3 x 2m if required.
Weber Stand We will also be rolling out the “Shop in Shop” Weber stand again this year. The stand will go into 15 selected stores with the roll out starting in February.

Watering For this season, we’re continuing with the best-selling Hozelock 25mtr Compact Reel. We’ve increased our Hozelock orders to meet expected demand and started taking stock early, as far back as December. We would appreciate your support as we set up watering bays in each store. Garden Hand Tools Our Garden Handtools range was decreased instore in late 2021 in order to give more room to the seasonal area. The stock which was uplifted by True Temper will be returned to the stores in January. When the goods were returned to true temper they did not breakdown the pallets and we will receive the exact order which was returned. As per previous years True temper orders will be raised at store level. Yardsmith and Robin range will come through the DC ordered at support office Level. Creative Products We have seen huge success with the items on the creative products stand and we plan to continue that success into 2022.
As with previous years the stands will change each quarter. At the end of the quarter the rep will visit the store and uplift any items not sold. See below schedule as to when the stock for each quarter will arrive into your store and what products are included for each quarter. Smart Garden & Netting We are excited to share with you that we will be a launching a new range of netting from Smart Garden. This range will launch as a trial in 15 stores. Stores will receive new stands along some new FSDU’s to help merchandise the stock. The new stands will be sent directly to the stores and a team will visit each store to implement. Spare Parts Procedure
Spare Parts Procedure Last year we introduced a spare parts section on our website, this section only had selected lines and proved to be quite successful. This year all spare parts that we receive from the supplier will be available for purchase online. From replacement blades for your lawnmower, Gazebos covers, Batteries and hoses for your pressure washers, please direct the customer to this area on our website. These parts will then be sent directly to your customer’s home for a minimal fee. The delivery of the parts is due in February and once they arrive and are booked in they will go live on the site.

Repair & Returns Procedure
2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on all Black and Decker items. Products under SSP €80 can be refunded to customers without question if they have a receipt – the item must then be disposed of and put through the store waste.
Tools for Repair under Warranty

Repair Under Warranty
In the event of a customer returning with an item of garden machinery for repair the procedure is as follows:

Faulty products under warranty can be sent for repair to Origo service agents.
• They will be asked to provide contact details and product details (*note* Serial Number must be provided) and proof of purchase to process a warranty collection. • When Karcher have received all this detail they will organise collection of the machine by courier for inspection at our service centre. • The repaired item will then be returned directly to the consumer or if replacement is required of the item, we will also deliver it directly to the consumer.

Please take the following details: • Consumer name and address.
In order to arrange collection of an item for repair with Origo stores should send an e-mail to:
• Model of item.

• Brief description of fault.
Origo would then need all details including store contact names and phone numbers, Woodie’s repair docket and customer details. A courier will then be sent for collection. Normal turnaround time is usually between 24-48 hours. Once the item is repaired it will then be returned to the branch.
• Date of purchase attached with copy of proof of purchase. • The date it was returned to the store. • The date McLoughlins advised for uplift. • Fill in McLoughlinsRS Machine Repair form with above details and email to McLoughlinsRS Service Dept. E: servicecentre@mcl.ie McLoughlinsRS will arrange uplift – usually within 48 hours. Item assessed, repaired, and returned - usually within 10 days.
