Choose Regent for the Win

A student-athlete selects a school for more than just a sport, the team, or the coaches. It is our desire that you choose to be a Royal because of the unparalleled experience that Regent University provides. Whether you’re looking for highly competitive play, growth with team-level talent, or to extend your love of the game with intercollegiate rivalry—Regent Athletics is growing its program with you in mind.

Regent Athletics is home to 11 NCCAA Division I sports, including women's volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, basketball, track and field, and cross country.

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) was established in 1968 on the principles of love, integrity, faith, and excellence. Today, the NCCAA consists of 89 Christ-centered institutions whose coaches send their elite intercollegiate athletes to compete with their eyes on the King, rather than a ring!

Since Regent competes against various divisions, Royals fans from around the world get to watch their favorite players compete on ESPN—several times a year.

“I saw Regent Royals as servant leaders on and off the court who were humble and repped the Kingdom with their game and how they lived. I respected that and knew I was destined to be a Regent Royal.”

“Our mission as Regent Royals is the same as our university. We will strive to do all things with excellence, embrace innovation and never waiver in our integrity.”
