From the ground-up, the design and architecture focuses on how Pronto Xi can handle business growth and wide ranging business requirements.

All Pronto Xi applications have been built on the Core platform. With Applistructure design and Pronto Connect APIs, you can customise or extend the functionality to align the software to your business processes. Pronto Xi can be flexibly accessed using a Web browser on a desktop, laptop or tablet, or using a native Windows user interface. When using the Cloud-based ERP, you can also benefit from the low cost, quick deployment and hassle-free maintenance that Cloud provides. Your staff can access most Pronto Xi modules wherever they are, on a variety of devices.

Platform Overview Web interface By combining modern web technologies and intensive user research with concepts from Google Material Design, the web interface frees Pronto Xi from the office desk. You can transact, report and use any Pronto Xi module, from anywhere, with zero installation. With designs optimised for tablet devices, you can keep operating your business flexibly from anywhere with just a tablet device with a browser.

With increased adoption of mobile and Cloud technologies along with legislative changes, IT security has never been more important to a business. Pronto Xi has been designed with a range of technologies and mechanisms to protect your organisation – giving you enterprise grade security at all times.

Alerts can be setup to know when certain events happen within Pronto Xi. You can easily define the event triggers with the ability to choose from various notification methods and maintain alerts logs for audit purposes as well. Example events include when an account is created in CRM or when a high value purchase order is entered and more.

With the ability to trigger external webhooks, you can even send data to a different business applications directly or via middleware like Zapier. Core platform The Core Platform is the foundational technology that underpins the entire Pronto Xi and its modular architecture. It is designed to adapt as the applications scale, expand, extend and grow. Pronto Xi Runtime, relational database, proprietary 4GL programming language and the web interface form the main components of the platform. We understand that every business is different. Customer-facing and business documents can be easily designed and customised using Pronto Xi TrueForm Neo. You can manage documents like sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, payslips, picking slips and more. With a built-in designer, you can customise the output to your business. Documents can be printed or emailed directly from within the product – reducing your document management burden.
