what hurts agni • Prolonged Fasting • Overeating • Drinking too many fluids, cold water or too much water intake during a meal • Irregular eating habits and snacking • Multi-tasking while eating • Heavy, cold, canned, frozen food • Spoiled food • Leftover food • Unsuitable choices for the places, time or season • Suppression of urges • Incompatible food combining • Repressed emotions, such as anger, fear, anxiety etc. • Eating too soon after previous meal
