Auctioneers cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any Vendor declarations and no warranties or guarantees whatsoever are given by the Auctioneers in relation to such Vendor declarations or in relation to the BVD or PI status of any animal.

All calving cows and heifers are guaranteed in calf unless otherwise stated at time of sale. Claims must be intimated within 49 days from the date of sale and be accompanied by a Veterinary Surgeon’s certificate stating ear number of animal and the defaulting party will be responsible for all expenses incurred. Cows and Heifers with calves at foot are to be free of calf at time of sale unless otherwise declared.
