LONG AGO, PEOPLE HAD MANY IDEAS ABOUT WHY EVERYTHING EXISTED. SOME SAID IT WAS ALL A BEAUTIFUL ACCIDENT, LIKE A FANTASTIC SURPRISE PARTY. OTHERS BELIEVED IT WAS LIKE A GIANT PUZZLE WITH PIECES THAT FIT TOGETHER JUST PERFECTLY. AND THEN THERE WAS A STORY THAT WAS CHERISHED BY ALL—A STORY THAT HAD BECOME THE REIGNING THEORY OF EXISTENCE.

CHILDREN WOULD GATHER UNDER THE OPEN SKY, AND THE ELDERS WOULD TELL STORIES OF HOW THE STARS TWINKLED WITH JOY, KNOWING THAT THEY WERE PART OF SOMETHING MUCH BIGGER. THEY WOULD TALK ABOUT HOW THE FLOWERS BLOOMED TO BRING COLOR AND BEAUTY TO THE WORLD, LIKE ARTISTS CREATING A MASTERPIECE.

ANIMALS, TOO, HAD A PART TO PLAY. THE BIRDS WOULD SING SONGS THAT ECHOED THROUGH THE UNIVERSE, TELLING THE STORY OF THEIR JOURNEY. THE WHALES IN THE DEEP OCEANS WOULD SING THEIR ANCIENT SONGS, CARRYING THE WISDOM OF THE AGES.

IN THIS WORLD OF POTENTIALISM, EVEN THE YOUNGEST CHILD KNEW THAT THEIR EXISTENCE MATTERED. THEY WERE NOT JUST HERE BY CHANCE; THEY WERE PART OF THE GRAND DESIGN. EVERY SMILE, EVERY HUG, AND EVERY ACT OF KINDNESS ADDED TO THE BEAUTY OF THE UNIVERSE'S STORY.

AS THE CHILDREN LISTENED TO THESE STORIES, THEY FELT A DEEP SENSE OF PURPOSE. THEY KNEW THAT THEY WERE CHARACTERS IN A TALE THAT WAS STILL UNFOLDING—A STORY OF ENDLESS POTENTIAL AND BOUNDLESS LOVE.
