He served the people of the State of Florida as a homicide prosecutor in the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney from 2009- 2012, and currently serves as the President-Elect of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), the Vice-Chair of the American Red Cross’ Greater Miami and Florida Keys Chapter, and he is a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana where he co-chairs a number of Carnaval Miami events.

Since its inception, the foundation has provided thousands of children each year with the opportunity to learn, grow, succeed and thrive through education, technology, health and overall goodwill programs.
