Reception at the Information Office
This accessibility guide has been created to give necessary tou- rist information and facilitate the stay in our city for people with reduced mobility.
Accessibility and layout of the premises:
• Walk on one level, without obstacles at face height, without breaking of level.
• Diffuse lighting, and blinds to avoid glare.
• Use of a table in the reception area as a specialized counter.
• Magnetic loop with amplifier handset.
• Simplified internal signage, thematic and associating images and texts, with the possibility of approaching them.
• Dictaphone mp3 for recording the conversation.
• Relief city map table for the visually impaired.

Information and documentation:
• Outreach to reception staff: A counsellor has been trained by the association «Tourisme et Handicaps», to welcome people with disabilities then counsellor passes on to the other counsellors and the seasonal staff the right things to do.
• Document of visit of the city in Braille on request.
• Simplified brochures and brochures in enlarged characters on the destination on request.
• Personalized help spontaneously proposed, adapted to the demand.
• Information on the website and on the interactive terminals.

Highway A8 direction Nice and take exit 50 Promenade des Anglais.
Take the Promenade des Anglais (M6098) direction Nice centre then direction Monaco/Menton.
From Ventimiglia, 38 kilometers, 45min:
Take the highway A10/E74/E80 and A8 towards Nice and take exit 58 Roquebrune
Follow D2564 towards Turbie, then Route de La Turbie/ M45 towards Eze. Follow M6007 towards Villefranche-sur-Mer.
