Park Rules & Regulations*
*The rules and regulations listed here are for informational purposes only and are not all inclusive. A complete list of the park rules and regulations is provided during the reservation process.
1. SITE FEE is based on 2 adults. Each extra guest is $5.00/day or $50/month for long-term guests. Monthly site fee is due on the 1st of each month. Arrangements must be made in advance if unable to pay when due. There will be a late fee of $15 per day applied on all past due invoices. No subleasing allowed.
2. REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE BEFORE THE END OF THE RESERVATION.

3. CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 pm (noon). Please check with management before noon if you plan to stay for another day, to confirm space availability. This park operates under the Texas “Theft of Service” law.
4. PETS: There is a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive barking and biting pets. Pets may NOT be left outside unattended. If your pet is outside, you must be outside with it. NO kennels, pens, or tethers. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or inside park buildings. All pets MUST be kept on a 6-foot leash. Pet waste MUST be cleaned up immediately. No ‘dangerous’ pets allowed.
5. PARKING: THERE IS NO PARKING ON ANY STREETS, LAWNS, EMPTY SITES, OR NEIGHBOR’S PARKING AREA. Overnight parking of boats, flatbed, cargo trailers, horse trailers, or any utility trailer is NOT permitted without prior approval. Two (2) vehicles per site.
6. CHILDREN: Parents are to supervise and assume responsibility for all actions of their children and guest children.
7. SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH. PLEASE DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION IN THE PARK. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH SITES; WATCH FOR CHILDREN.
8. NOT ALLOWED IN PARK: No clotheslines; ground tents; exercise/weight equipment; couches, etc.; window AC units. Canopies and rugs are NOT allowed on the grass. NO OUTSIDE FREEZERS.
9. SEWER: Sewer connections must have an airtight seal as required by State and Federal law. All sewer hoses must be elevated and free of leaks. You must use septicfriendly treatment and RV toilet paper. Dumping of any wastewater on the ground is prohibited by park rules, city ordinance and state law. Please check for any leaks in your connections and correct immediately.
10. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Generators are not permitted to be used in the park at any time.
11. TRASH: Garbage must be placed in plastic trash bags and kept inside of the RV until deposited in the dumpster. Combustible, noxious, or hazardous materials should be removed from the property and not placed in dumpsters. Do not throw trash or cigarette butts on the ground. Trash containers are not permitted at your site or on the lawn. NO dumping of mattresses, furniture, etc. or trash from outside of the property in our dumpsters.
12. DAMAGES: Any person who defaces or destroys park property will be held liable for the full value and will be asked to vacate site with no refund.
13. POOL: Rules are posted in the pool area. No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 16 must be in the care of an adult (18 years or older) at all times. Babies and young children are not allowed in the pool unless wearing swim diapers. The pool is for Itasca Creek RV Park guests only.
Pool Hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
14. VEHICLE REPAIR: No maintenance, repairs, or fluid changes are allowed on the premises.
15. WASHING OF RV: RV washing is not permitted on the premises without management approval.
16. NO open fires allowed in park at any time. This includes Solo Stoves.
17. MISC: Discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly prohibited.
18. LONG-TERM GUESTS: RVs must be fully selfcontained, well-kept and in good condition. RVs 10 years or older must be approved by Park Management.
19. NO SOLICITATION.
20. PLEASE RESPECT PRIVACY OF FELLOW GUESTS: Do NOT walk through occupied sites.
21. NOTE: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PARK RULES COULD RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM PARK. IN THIS EVENT NO REFUNDS WILL BE DUE.
22. PER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 75B. CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), THE PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO GUESTS AND VISITORS OR FOR THE LOSS OF ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY INCLUDING MONEY OR VALUABLES OF ANY KIND OR FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO VEHICLES.
