Weekly or Monthly) please notify us the day before your Departure / Check-out / Paid Through date to ensure that the Tent site, RV site and/or Cabin is available. Payment must be received that day, or check out time is 12:00 PM for RV sites, 11:00 AM for Cabins.
H There are no refunds after check in. Rain checks are available.
H SPEED LIMIT IN THE RESORT IS 5 MPH unless posted otherwise. We DO enforce!
H You MUST possess a driver’s license to operate ANY vehicle in the park. This includes cars, trucks, tractors, ATVs, golf carts, etc. No unsupervised ATVs or golf carts are to be driven by children.
H Children under 16 must be supervised while using the resort facilities.

H City water (blue spigots) is not for washing vehicles or watering the grounds. Please use the well water (purple spigots) for that. H No vehicles, ATVs, boats, motorcycles, rugs/mats, or pools may be kept on the grass. H No modifications may be made to any site. Failure to follow the rules will result in you having to leave the resort without a refund.
