SEWISTA SHINRIN-YOKU Para entendernos, shinrin-yoku, o “baño de bosque”, es un paseo largo y tranquilo entre los árboles. Te dejas llevar, consciente solo de tu cuerpo, de la naturaleza y de tus movimientos. Durante un rato, el resto del mundo desaparece. Solo quedas tú, disfrutando del aquí y el ahora en un precioso entorno natural. Este paseo tranquilo y sosegado es una forma de meditación y una cura para el estrés. Para nuestra sesión de fotos, hicimos un “baño de bosque” en el Bosque Sonian (mi segunda casa) y sus alrededores. Con las maletas hechas y todo listo y, afortunadamente, con la ayuda de transporte sobre ruedas, nos sumergimos en el imponente bosque. En un ambiente zen, realizamos un reportaje precioso que muestra 31 prendas maravillosas: un enorme baño Sewista para que te sumerjas en él. Al fin y al cabo, en mi opinión, dejar el mundo de lado durante un par de horas para ponerte detrás de tu máquina de coser también puede ser reconfortante.
